I completed an SMSTS course through Knights Learning on 4th September. Knights were supposed to be the training provider; however, the course was subcontracted to JFK Tech.<br><br>Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking.<br><br>The whole process has been extremely disappointing. Four weeks after completing the course, I am still waiting for my physical SMSTS certificate. Despite several attempts to get this resolved, I feel I have simply been fobbed off with no clear explanation as to when I will receive it.<br><br>There was also considerable confusion surrounding the exam results. I was initially told that I had failed and was asked to pay £50 for a resit. I was then subsequently informed that I had actually passed. Similar issues affected four other students on the course, although they were required to complete resits.<br><br>I was also disappointed with the conduct of the JFK Tech tutor. In my experience, he was rude at times, was absent from the course for periods, and on one occasion appeared to be asleep while students were reading through course material.<br><br>I have completed the SMSTS course three times during my career, and unfortunately this was by far the poorest experience I have had.<br><br>I will now be leaving a separate review regarding my experience with JFK Tech and intend to raise a formal complaint with CITB regarding the course delivery and the issues surrounding the assessment and certification process.<br><br>Will Jones
I pay this company 3 times for an course and allegedly failed without any evidence for test and all. Big scammers and liar

completed my SMSTS with Knight Learning 18 days ago. After the test, the trainer Lee Todd<br>rushed out and only announced a few names. He mentioned that 14 people passed and one failed, but he did not confirm all candidates individually.<br>I requested my result slip and re-sit information, but the centre has not provided anything and they are not answering calls., so this situation is unusual and concerning.<br>I advise others to be cautious and ensure the training centre they choose follows proper<br>CITB procedures, provides clear results, and communicates professionally.
I recently completed my SMSTS training and First Aid at Work courses with Knight Learning, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.<br>Everything was delivered in a very straightforward and professional way, making it easy to follow and get the most out of the training. The tutors were excellent—friendly, approachable, and always willing to help whenever needed.<br>Overall, it’s one of the best training providers I’ve come across so far. I’ll definitely be returning to complete more courses and continue building my qualifications with them. Highly recommended!
I recently completed a SMSTS course with Knight Learning as it represented good value for money verses other training providers. However, 6 weeks on I am still waiting for certification with a real lack of any response or accountability from anyone at Knight Learning.
Excellent learning material and student centric study knight books are very beneficial for Himachal Pradesh competitive exams.

I recently completed the SMSTS course with John Dodd as my tutor, and it was a really good experience. John made the course engaging and easy to follow, explaining everything clearly with real-life examples. The sessions were well-structured, and I came away with a much better understanding of site management responsibilities. Highly recommend both the course and the tutor.
