I usually drink it black, not adding sweeteners or lighteners. I like my coffee roasted to a full city stage, just before second crack, with no oils coming to the bean surface after cooling and resting.\Pros: Coffee is freshly roasted and has a recent roast date. A few packaged coffees are single-origin. I liked the Cinco Jalisco blend, with at least one or two of its five beans roasted slightly darker, giving it a richer flavor and lower acidity, than the other two I bought, Jaggy Loko and Torero.\The front desk will brew you a sample by espresso method.\Cons: Most coffees are blends and have a high percentage of beans from Brazil. As far as I can tell, most of their coffees are light to medium roast. Even the 'darkest roast' (as described by their staff), Torero, is very light and under-developed, with an overpowering sour acidity.
