> Don't go near these people.  Sssts was a rushed 2 day course.  The guy turned up late both days.  Disappeared when he wanted,  and because the link they gave me didn't work to start with,  I was told I couldn't do the test at the end. I was told I didn't have the right computer,  but it's worked OK for every  other course.  Ive sent a picture of the laptop to them but no reply.  They just want your money... don't waste time with these people. £298 gone and not even any support

> Nikki was a excellent tutor. Not your usual "flick through slides" tutor, she actually showed you real examples and had a "hands on approach" which helped massively when it came to taking in information.

> I’ve just taken my SMSTS course and my tutor was Francis Gooch I must say what an amazing tutor extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and made the online classroom feel very comfortable it was a really nice experience! Credit to Francis top bloke.

> Please be aware when booking you are not given the correct information regarding hs&e test at the end of your course you will need to fork out more money to obtain your card total SCAM! Your best off just doing hs&e test direct with citb if you have a NVQ3 or higher

Our website, course information and booking process make it clear that a valid CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test is a separate requirement before the relevant card can be applied for.\<br\>Delegates are under no obligation to book the HS&E Test through us and are free to book it directly with CITB or any approved test centre.\<br\>Describing this as a "scam" is completely false and misrepresents both our service and the CITB card application process. If you genuinely believe you were given incorrect information, please provide your booking details so we can investigate. Otherwise, we would ask that you amend your review to reflect the facts.

> My second SMSTS refresher with Target Zero and have to say impressed as ever especially with the trainer we had, Ian. He was very thorough with great knowledge but always happy to help wherever he could.They do payment plans too which is helpful if you are paying for it yourself. Highly Recommend !!
