Restaurant: A wonderful experience! Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. I opted for the €23 menu, which includes four appetizers (all delicious), a first course (the plin were delicious), and a dessert! The Nutella affogato/gelato with cream and coffee was delicious. Service was prompt despite the large number of guests, and always smiling. Congratulations!
A lovely place to return to! I had lunch yesterday with two friends at El Dorado in Novalesa: carefully prepared, original, and excellent quality dishes, from appetizers to desserts. The service was attentive and fast considering the number of guests. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient. The prices were also excellent! It's great that vegetarians are offered "real" dishes, not salad and boiled vegetables, as is sometimes the case. My sincere compliments to the entire team, from the artists and kitchen assistants to the "plate carriers" at the tables.
For 23 euros, a great full meal, as good as ever.

Great menu for 23 euros. Allow yourself some time or opt for the smaller menu at 12 euros.

We stopped along the way and the welcome was excellent, as was the food and service.<br>Many of their dishes are made with meat from their own farms and cheeses from the nearby mountain pastures.
