> I went for lunch. We were two couples. Excellent lunch. Finally, something different from the usual traditional dishes. Well done, Chef! We'll be back.

> Eating here is a true experience. I've nicknamed the chef the poet of cuisine! The food is truly excellent, with recipes drawn from Piedmontese culinary tradition. The chef explained the history of each recipe to us in great detail, but above all with great love and passion. It's like a guide describing a painting. I recommend it to everyone. The dishes change every month and are truly excellent!

> Great cook, great view, we went there twice because it was such a nice experience. Also, there are great vegetarian options for every dish!

> The place isn't exactly easy to find, but it's worth it. Once you reach the top, the view makes up for everything.\<br\>The silence is truly incredible, and the outdoor seating is pleasant and surrounded by nature.\<br\>The bathrooms are off to the side and clean.\<br\>The place looks like a small mountain church that hosted G. Carducci.\<br\>The rustic tables give you the feel of a grandmother's house and immediately take you back to old and precious memories.\<br\>The dishes are very good and unique, not the usual fare. For example, the tajarin with moretta and blueberries is truly incredible!\<br\>The dessert is also very unique and exquisite.\<br\>If the beer had been a few degrees cooler, a matter of personal taste, I wouldn't have come back.\<br\>I'll definitely be back.

> We dined at the guesthouse on a summer Sunday. We were the only guests, and not only did we enjoy a wonderful meal, but we also took a journey through time and history. Ask Marco, the chef and manager, to tell you the story behind each of his tables, because each one tells the story and life of a famous person in some way connected to Sordevolo and this wonderful valley. The cuisine is HISTORIC; you have to discover the stories behind every dish. I highly recommend it; you won't regret it.

> What a place! Peace and tranquility in this location nestled in the Biella Prealps, with menus written in Piedmontese featuring authentic interpretations of local cuisine.\<br\>A short uphill walk from the parking lot along the road takes you to the guesthouse. The park can also be used for private picnics, and the adjacent bar is very convenient.

> We went for dinner last night and I complimented the owner. Excellent food, excellent value, and a dream location. For my personal taste, it was truly excellent. We'll definitely be back. I think it's even better when you dine outside; the view is spectacular.

> Highly recommended, this place has a fantastic location with a spectacular view. On a clear day, it's worth it for that alone. There are several beautiful trails in the area. As for the place itself, the food is fantastic. The owner specializes in ancient recipes from our cuisine, and his skill in the kitchen is evident throughout the menu, from appetizers to dessert. The quality is truly excellent and the prices are reasonable (we ate more than enough for €40 each, including wine, dessert, coffee, and liqueur). The atmosphere is very welcoming and charming. I recommend trying it again.

> You know when you don't expect much—perhaps a plate of pasta with tomato sauce or a slice of meat with a side—and instead, you're pleasantly presented with dishes carefully crafted and thoughtfully chosen for the location and occasion. Well-crafted dishes, balanced flavors. I'll be back!

> I think this is the first negative review I've written; I'm not used to being harsh and attacking the Red Cross.\<br\>We had lunch with friends on August 15th, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience for everyone.\<br\>Little attention was paid to dietary requirements, which had already been mentioned over the phone when booking.\<br\>The dishes, which looked very good on paper, were actually of poor quality, and the ingredients were barely recognizable, so poorly measured and poorly cooked. A jumble of almost indistinguishable ingredients.\<br\>The first course seemed to have been seasoned with a Mutti ready-made sauce from the supermarket; its "chemical" aftertaste left us with many doubts about its preparation, and we all digested it until the next day.\<br\>The second course was also a failed experiment: roast beef with an unrecognizable filling drowned in a sweet and sour pepper sauce that masked every flavor. All this was accompanied by diced baked potatoes that were literally charred, inedible, and left over by everyone, including the adjacent tables. How do you get a dish like that out of the kitchen? Of the 10 potatoes presented, 9 were literally black, completely charred.\<br\>Finally, what was supposed to be a peach and amaretti affogato was instead a spoonful of ice cream presented in a small bowl smaller than a coffee cup, with a teaspoon of orange sauce that was perhaps supposed to resemble peaches. The two young waitresses seemed improvised and rather awkward, even remembering completely banal requests (sparkling or still water, bread). The service was extremely slow, but no one was in a hurry, being relaxed on August 15th.\<br\>Adding insult to injury: when we went to pay, we were only then informed that they didn't have a card. Panic, since none of us had cash except one friend who had to pay for everyone, much to our embarrassment.\<br\>The menu started at €29 per person and became €40 with a bottle of mediocre white wine. Constant complaints and comments from the tables next to ours confirmed that they hadn't received the baluettes.\<br\>Terrifying.
