Fantastic experience: my wife, Lidia, and I were truly satisfied. The pizza was excellent, and the food was equally good, with carefully prepared and tasty dishes. A special mention goes to the service, which was truly attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Terrible experience!<br>The food is good, but the service...over 40 minutes late for two pre-ordered SG pizzas on a Tuesday evening.<br>My friend, however, had two pizzas ready in 5 minutes...<br><br>Not a good experience.
Gentile Alberto,<br>La ringraziamo per aver condiviso la sua recensione e ci dispiace sinceramente per il disagio e l'attesa subiti martedì sera.<br>Ci teniamo a spiegarle cosa è accaduto: la sera del vostro ordine abbiamo riscontrato un problema tecnico inatteso al forno dedicato esclusivamente alle pizze senza glutine, che ha faticato a raggiungere la temperatura ottimale di cottura. Questo ha causato il ritardo sulla consegna.<br>Comprendiamo il paragone con l'ordine del suo amico, ma le pizze normali vengono cotte in un forno differente e con tempistiche standard che non richiedono i medesimi accorgimenti tecnici del senza glutine, il quale per noi rappresenta un processo del tutto separato e gestito con la massima attenzione per la sicurezza.<br>Siamo felici che almeno il cibo sia stato di suo gradimento. Faremo tesoro della sua segnalazione per migliorare ulteriormente la gestione di questi imprevisti tecnici e speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente per offrirle un'esperienza impeccabile.<br>Un cordiale saluto
The experience fell short of expectations.<br>Unfortunately, the overall quality didn't meet my expectations. The pizza was hard to digest, with effects that lingered into the next day. The atmosphere is quite noisy, and the veranda, on colder days, isn't comfortable.<br>The service, while highly courteous and polite, also has some areas for improvement: after requesting spicy oil, I had to get up to get it myself.<br>Overall, I didn't find the quality/price ratio adequate, considering the quality of the pizzas and the overall experience. I believe that, for the same price, more satisfying alternatives are possible.

Ci tengo a ricordarle che siete arrivati senza prenotazione in una serata di grande affluenza: abbiamo fatto il possibile per trovarvi un tavolo e accogliervi al meglio, venendo incontro alla vostra richiesta.<br>Per quanto riguarda la pizza, è il nostro punto di forza da 13 anni: utilizziamo esclusivamente materie prime di altissima qualità e seguiamo processi di lievitazione e maturazione studiati appositamente per garantire la massima digeribilità. È la prima volta in oltre un decennio che riscontriamo una segnalazione di questo tipo. Ci dispiace inoltre per l'episodio dell'olio piccante: in momenti di sala particolarmente concitati può capitare un piccolo ritardo, ma il nostro personale è sempre a disposizione per aiutarvi se lo si fa presente.<br>Ricordo infine che, quando siete venuti in cassa a pagare, alla nostra domanda su come fosse andata la cena ci avete confermato che era tutto ok, senza accennare ad alcun problema. Very chaotic place.<br>The waiters are so indifferent that you ask them for something, and they don't bring it to you.<br>They put us on the veranda, and it was freezing.<br>We asked for fries with our pizza, and they brought them 20 minutes before the pizza.<br>The pizza didn't taste good, and it even made me feel nauseous.<br>I don't recommend this place.

Ci dispiace leggere un giudizio così severo, soprattutto alla luce del fatto che siete arrivati senza prenotazione in un locale completamente pieno e vi abbiamo trovato un tavolo per venirvi incontro.<br>Definire il nostro personale 'menefreghista' non rispecchia minimamente la realtà del nostro lavoro quotidiano e la cortesia che cerchiamo sempre di offrire. Le pizze e i prodotti che serviamo sono frutto di un'accurata selezione di materie prime di alto livello e di una lunga esperienza di 13 anni, apprezzata ogni giorno da centinaia di clienti affezionati per la loro leggerezza e qualità.<br>Ci dispiace che l'esperienza non sia stata di vostro gradimento, ma ci teniamo a sottolineare che, quando siete venuti in cassa a pagare, ci avete detto che andava tutto bene, senza comunicarci nulla di tutto ciò che leggiamo ora. Top-notch pizzas!! The best around, in my opinion... especially the pinsa (light and very digestible). And since they changed chefs, compared to 1-2 years ago, they've made a huge leap in quality... I had a first course and the arrosticini, which were exceptional.<br>Honestly, I still have to try the other fish dishes. But if the prospects are what I found, they seem very high. I'll definitely be back, not just for the pizza, but for other things too. I recommend it!

Nice place, staff a little slow, but that could be due to the large crowd. The pizza was good, but unfortunately, a quarter of it was charred on the bottom. I didn't feel like pointing it out because we had a large table, so it didn't seem appropriate. I'll be back anyway 👍, mistakes happen to anyone.
