Fiore will serve you exquisite fish dishes. I recommend the fried fish, seared tuna, and<br>turbot or the fish of the day. Everything comes from Piccinelli in central Varese, a guarantee of quality. I don't like pizza, but I'm told it's excellent. Very competitive prices, definitely worth a visit.

After dining at Fiore a few times, we can say we've enjoyed excellent pizza, with a light dough and generous toppings—superb. The fish-based dinner, with its appetizer, first course, and second course, was excellent and plentiful, and the presentation was impeccable. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. We'll definitely be back.

Terrible service, terrible customer service, terrible manners in serving dishes that weren't requested. Furthermore, the manner of interacting with other diners was disruptive, disrupting their dinner. Excessively overpriced for what we consumed.
We should have known better when, when we ordered drinks, they told us they were out of ice and lemon...and later, the Zola. Halfway through the evening, one of the employees went into a small room and came out with a fish, walking across the entire dining room, with complete ease.<br>We arrived at 8:15 PM and had dinner (in batches) at 10:30 PM, with a very questionable pizza.<br>We will definitely never return.<br>This restaurant is the perfect candidate for "nightmare kitchens."
Gentile Claudia,<br>ci dispiace leggere che la sua esperienza non sia stata positiva.<br><br>Ci teniamo però a precisare che il locale da cui la nostra collaboratrice è uscita con il pesce non è uno “sgabuzzino”, ma la dispensa dedicata alla preparazione e conservazione della materia prima, parte normale del lavoro quotidiano in cucina.<br><br>Per quanto riguarda l’attesa, il sabato sera — soprattutto per le pizze — può capitare di avere tempi più lunghi del previsto, ma comprendiamo che due ore siano risultate eccessive e ci dispiace che questo abbia inciso sulla vostra serata.<br><br>Anche alcune mancanze segnalate ci aiutano a migliorare l’organizzazione del servizio, e ne faremo tesoro.<br><br>Ci spiace soprattutto non siate riusciti a percepire l’impegno e la passione che mettiamo ogni giorno nel nostro lavoro. Speriamo comunque di potervi accogliere nuovamente in futuro, per farvi vivere un’esperienza diversa e più in linea con quella che desideriamo offrire ai nostri clienti.

Absolutely phenomenal! This is high-end cooking at its finest. The seafood was incredibly delicate and the pasta and pizza are the epitome of classic Italian signature. On top of that they have a wonderful selection of wines.<br>I am left speechless every single time I dine here. Many thanks to the chef and the whole team, the sheer love and dedication you put into your work is palpable and makes for such a powerful impression. Gracie!!
A trattoria with restaurant prices. Very good food, but service could be improved (side dishes before main courses are not), as could clear pricing.
At Fiore for Valentine's Day. A complete disappointment. We'd asked, we'd been told, and we were already savoring a good fish menu. You sit down and half the menu is missing, the staff is cold and bland. You're embarrassed, this and that are missing... They even manage to pour the beer poorly. And to think we'd asked... A bland evening. We ate the pizza and ran away. No welcome... That bill is too high for what we ate.
