Congratulations, really!! Here it's not just eating but a real experience... to say it's refined is an understatement, we tried a bit of everything and it was all special, we ate a truly wonderful beef tartar, seasoned to perfection and of the highest quality, then we ate homemade gnocchi with mussels, garlic, oil and chili pepper... it was first-rate products and cooked divinely, but what were something unique were the second courses: a mixed fried Stradelicato lake fish made in very clean oil and cooked to perfection, there was not a single drop of grease on the absorbent paper and a pork fillet with peaches that melted in the mouth, you didn't need a knife to cut it, a bottle of Erbaluce, some really excellent local cheeses, you could tell it wasn't supermarket stuff accompanied by honey and jams made by them, following the desserts were unique and super refined like everything else of the lunch... last but not least, the absolute professionalism of the waiting staff, really super kind, more than prepared and they really knew how to advise us very well on everything... my and I Wife, we are in the industry and we really couldn't find a fault...even the bread was amazing...congratulations, keep it up!!

Honestly, I find it completely incomprehensible that we had to wait eight minutes for two cappuccinos, especially since we ordered directly at the counter and the other guests already had their drinks.<br><br>The explanations given sounded more like excuses. First, dishes had to be cleared, then a gentleman had to pay, and then the server had to go around the corner to tell her child something. I can't say whether the server at the round table was on break.<br><br>But eight minutes for two cappuccinos is simply too long for me.<br><br>Especially when there was clearly time for other things. Frankly, as a guest, you don't feel particularly welcome.
Ci dispiace di non essere stati all'altezza della sua FRETTA!<br>Trovo che il suo comportamento nell' incalzare la nostra cameriera con un plateale applauso e la frase " brava, un ritardo da Guinnes world record" per 8 minuti di attesa sia stato alquanto maleducato e vile!<br>Siamo persone che dedicano 14 ore della loro giornata all'accoglienza e alla soddisfazione dei clienti, non credo che 8 minuti possano svilire così il lavoro di una professionista.<br>Francamente credo che la cosa inaccettabile sia la sua presunzione e la sua incapacità di capire che dall' altra parte del bancone non ci sono schiavi ma persone che fanno al meglio il proprio lavoro e già solo per questo degne di RISPETTO!<br>Ma d'altronde comprendiamo che lei abbia dovuto attendere per 8 lunghi minuti i suoi cappuccini in un'assolata domenica mattina di vacanza in riva al lago. <br>Siamo partecipi del suo ENORME DRAMMA.<br><br>La Fugascina Ristorante <br><br>
Great experience, excellent dishes in just the right quantities, gazpacho with burrata and charcoal-baked trout and gnocchi with garlic, oil and mussels to try. Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well done!!

We had two delicious meals this holiday. The food is refined and very tasty. Best restaurant in Mergozzo (in our opinion).
The food was great, though the portions were a bit small for my taste and somewhat expensive. However, the flavors were exceptionally well-balanced. The dessert was also delicious.<br><br>Overall, I recommend it, but it was by far the most expensive meal we had in Mergozzo.

Sensational!<br>Excellent service and amazing cuisine, a mix of incredible flavors accompanied by attentive service and a warm welcome from the owners.<br>I couldn't have had a better birthday, thanks again and see you soon!<br>You must try the spaghetti! The desserts are also excellent, and the wine list is interesting, including the champagnes.

An excellent experience at Fugascina in Mergozzo, a restaurant where quality, tradition, and customer service blend seamlessly.
