I have a very small, quiet, clean single room where everyone can see in. That's not nice at all. The food is very good.

A hotel that greatly contributed to our exceptional vacation!<br><br>A 3-star hotel that would easily put some 4-star establishments to shame!<br><br>The most varied breakfast we've ever had in a hotel: savory, sweet, hot, cold, fruit, vegetables, and special dietary needs including gluten-free and lactose-free options... A true brunch every morning!<br><br>A huge thank you to all the staff, with a special mention to the restaurant and dining room staff, who went above and beyond to provide a "no-lactose" breakfast.<br>The lake-side rooms have an exceptional view, while the pool-side rooms offer a magnificent view of the church and are a bit quieter. We stayed longer than planned and changed rooms at the end of our stay, so we got to experience both sides! The location in Baveno is very convenient, both on foot and by car, and close to everything there is to see on Lakes Maggiore and Orta.<br>A hotel run with professionalism and passion, and it shows! We had a lovely family stay at Hotel Beau Rivage. The location is fantastic - right on the lake and an easy walk into the center of Baveno, restaurants and the boats for exploring the islands. It was a great base for discovering Lake Maggiore with kids.<br><br>The staff were especially friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and beautiful lake views, and the hotel also had some very useful extras, including electric car charging and bikes available to rent. Everything felt easy and relaxed, which is exactly what we were looking for on a family holiday. We would happily stay here again!

I spent a week with my family at this delightful hotel overlooking the lake. The welcome and helpfulness from arrival to departure were exceptional. The rooms were bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was superb, and the dinner excellent. The kindness and friendliness in the dining room were something we will remember for a long time. Mrs. Maria Pia welcomed us every evening as if we were family! All the waiters were courteous and friendly. The garden with a beautiful pool was very well-kept and in a quiet and romantic location. From the room's terrace, we could enjoy the peace of the lake! It was all enchanting! Thank you for these days and for pampering us so much...we will return one day!

The hotel is very well located, quiet, and has a lovely pool. The staff is very attentive, the rooms have been recently renovated, and are very clean. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional hotel!! Room with a view of the Borromean Islands and impeccable cleanliness. Solarium with pool. Very kind and always available staff. Super-abundant breakfast and superb dinner with generous dishes. It's impossible to find a flaw! See you again for sure. Luisa
The hotel is in a really great location, but we didn't feel very comfortable there… the welcome was rather haughty and cold, and the breakfast was disappointing (no fresh orange juice, awful coffee (thankfully the espresso at the bar was very good)). It's more of a hotel for seniors than for a family stay. For us, the service could have been much more pleasant and the breakfast food of better quality considering the price paid; however, the room was very clean.
Chère Sara,<br>Nous sommes navrés d'apprendre que vous ne vous êtes pas sentie à l'aise durant votre séjour. Nous proposions un choix varié de cafés : café américain, machines automatiques haut de gamme et cafés préparés au bar (les cappuccinos et autres cafés du bar sont bien disponibles; il suffit de les demander au personnel attentionné qui accompagne les clients lors de notre buffet petit-déjeuner une qualité jugé « fabuleux » sur divers sites). Quant au jus de fruits frais pressé, bien qu'il puisse être inclus dans des hôtels 5 étoiles facturant 500 € la nuit, il est ici proposé moyennant un léger supplément. Concernant l'impression de froideur de notre personnel, nous sommes très peinés de lire cela, d'autant que notre note de 9,7/10 témoigne du contraire; pour nous, le client passe avant tout ! Malheureusement, si les demandes ne sont pas formulées, nous ne pouvons y répondre. La note de 3 étoiles laisse penser que votre séjour n'a pas été entièrement négatif ; nous vous remercions de votre visite et espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau pour vous « chouchouter » la prochaine fois.<br>ps l'âge moyen de notre clientèle dans le mois de Juillet est 46 ans.<br>
Excellent experience. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped rooms. Top-notch pool with bar service. Attentive and friendly staff. 5-star breakfast. The hotel boasts a breathtaking view. Exceptional price: €105 for 2, including breakfast, pool access, and parking.

The rooms are basic but clean and sufficiently spacious. The service is very attentive and friendly if sometimes unorganized especially at breakfast in the morning. The location however is great. Right in the centre of town at the promenade. Close to Stresa and the beaches on the lake.
