Well done, really very good pizza!
I tried Home Lab Pizza, and the result exceeded all expectations. Davide is someone whose commitment to quality is immediately apparent: the research and care he puts into choosing the ingredients are evident in every bite.<br>His pizza is simply fabulous, but the real treat for those who want to enjoy it at home are his ready-to-bake pizza bases. They're disarmingly simple to prepare, yet when you eat them, you truly feel like you're sitting in a pizzeria: the crispiness is just right, and the combination with the sauce and cheese makes them amazing.<br>You can taste, in every single bite, that the base is handmade by someone who puts their heart and soul into it and a tremendous passion for what they do. The Roman shovel bases are truly superb. You can taste the quality of the product, which surpasses those offered by large-scale retailers.
The best pizza in Mandello and the surrounding area. You can dine in or take out. They also sell their own pizza bases, pinsa, and scrocchiarella.
It's about time!!!
