Tired from moving to the cabin, we treated ourselves to a pampering experience by immersing ourselves in the magical world of the Hotel Villa Carona. New, functional rooms with plenty of amenities (including a hairdryer) and a separate sink and shower entrance. The only flaw was our superior room lacked mosquito nets (which aren't necessary at this altitude, but still provide a barrier to other insects). Excellent breakfast, served on a glass-enclosed veranda overlooking the greenery. Helpful and friendly staff.
