Galician octopus, a little salty but delicious. I'd suggest adding 2 more tentacles.

We had dinner at the bistro; the food was very good and the portions were generous. The service was also excellent.

A place that offers two formats: bistro or restaurant.
I've been to the bistro.
The atmosphere is beautiful, well-kept, and fresh, but lacks much personality and direction, a bit like the cuisine.
The prices are fair for the quality of the ingredients.
The staff are very courteous, smiling, and attentive.
The acoustics, when full, aren't great.
I wasn't able to try the paella; I'd gone specifically, but when I made the reservation, they forgot to let me know that, having booked several tables, the kitchen couldn't make any that day.
I only found out after ordering, but the staff was professional and courteous enough to apologize.
The dishes were good, both in terms of the ingredients (some of which were excellent), and the prices were reasonable.
However, there's little, if any, Spanish influence.
The octopus à la Gallega had virtually no pimenton.
Even the menu selection is limited by Spanish influences, some South/Central American influences (tortilla), and too many international dishes (Caesar salad or lobster roll) or Italian dishes for tourists (carbonara, cotoletta, etc.).
The dishes are still good, some with a slight imbalance in flavor, well-executed, and reasonably priced, but don't expect Spanish fare.
The only small flaws:
1. Despite having mineral water available, they default to micro-filtered water without asking. It would be nice to know.
2. The beer selection isn't up to par, with only Industrial Lager (San Miguel and Peroni).

Even though they knew we were passing customers, they treated us BETTER and BETTER day after day!!! The waitresses were perfect, beautiful, friendly, and on-point! The owner and chef were equally as good, the food was perfect, and above all, they were very attentive to intolerances and allergies. Nothing to complain about, anyone passing by simply has to stop by! We will DEFINITELY be back! You can't leave without trying their Pata Negra ham!
