I can't say anything about the time...punctual...but as for the quality I'm sorry to write this review but 2 times we order pizza and 2 times we all feel bad....I think we need to learn how to cook a pizza....raw....and here I stop
Fantastic and friendly staff, the pizza is good, I've never had any problems with delays, maybe 5 minutes, but that's okay, and the quality/price ratio is more than fair.
The pizza, scrocchiarella, and slices are delicious. Always high-quality ingredients and plenty of them. The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. Great deals during the week. Highly recommended.

Second time I order and second time the pizza arrives half an hour late
I've always ordered pizza for delivery, but I've now identified a punctuality issue. Delays range from 15-20 minutes after the time indicated at the time of booking, to 40-60 minutes. The pizzas are good quality.
Good pizza, fast
Terrible experience. In the last two months, we've ordered pizza three times, and it arrived 50, 30, and 35 minutes late, respectively. I tried giving it a second (and even a third) chance, but apparently it's pointless. I'm not giving it a star because the woman who delivered the pizzas the last time was very kind and apologized several times. Maybe you should start taking into account all the reviews complaining about the same thing, taking fewer orders, or at least offering a more convenient time slot, rather than accepting anything and making customers wait all the time.

After ordering four pizzas for delivery at 7:30 PM, I was told my order would arrive at 8:30 PM. At 9:40 PM, after receiving no news, I called the pizzeria and asked about my order. After an hour and ten minutes of delay, I was told the pizza was on its way, but there was no apology for the delay. After an hour and twenty minutes of delay, the pizza arrived. No discount was given on the €40.20 bill, which the delivery driver actually demanded, making me go back to the house to collect (20 cents!!). If you have to order something else, choose something else. It's a shame because the pizza is actually good.
Terrible service. We've tried several times to regain our trust, as it's in the town next to our house, making it convenient for home-delivered pizza, but this is the last time. After several reservations and early phone calls (19), the pizza is always delivered well over half an hour late (this evening it was supposed to arrive between 8:15 and 8:30 PM, and at 9 PM when I called to complain, they were just informing me, probably because I was angry, and in any case, a good two hours after the reservation). If you can't deliver to customers on time, reduce your orders, but don't mention times you know you won't respect.<br>I won't recommend it to anyone.
I called a few minutes before closing time, and they still managed to make me a pizza... they saved my evening.<br>The pizza was delicious and the staff was friendly. Highly recommended.
Over two hours for a home delivery pizza, they could have simply said "we're full, we can't make it this evening" instead of telling us that it would arrive in half an hour.
The pizza arrived half an hour late from the scheduled time, and on top of that, my pizza had an ingredient not listed on the menu: gorgonzola, one of my few very hated foods.
