So, as soon as we arrived, they spilled glasses of Spritz that we hadn't ordered on us. We asked several times for glasses and napkins and they brought them to us late after we had requested them five times and the Spritz. They brought us extra food that we hadn't requested. We waited almost two hours for our dinner.
Terrible experience, I called to book and was told to arrive at 9pm. Ok, when we arrived they told us there was a bit of a wait. Ok, the room was free because almost all the people were outside. They made us sit in the room where you passed to go to the bathroom. We didn't speak, ordered the drink and it arrived almost immediately, they forgot to bring the water and we had to go get it. The pizzas arrived at 10:30am, which is fine for us, but if there are 3 of us, you bring all 3 pizzas😁 no, they arrived one at a time and whoever was first had almost finished when the 3rd arrived. We were still lucky, we didn't speak, in the meantime no one else came. If everything was fine, we were still thirsty, we had to get up and go order 😱 nothing ever arrived, tired 😫 and exasperated, we went to pay. There would also be something to say but I'll leave, the owner was next to us and was talking to a lady, he didn't worry 😟 to approach and ask what had happened......😱😱😱 result pizza not special terrible organization there are many pizzerias and no more.
Everything was delicious, from the pizza to the courtesy of the staff.

I can't and don't want to go into too many details, too many and too heavy. EMBARRASSING, disorganized, and chaotic service. Seated at 8:40 PM with a regular reservation made about 3 weeks ago... the first random and even wrong pizzas arrive shortly before 10:00 PM... I make my first "complaint" and am invited to sit down without explanation... I wait until 10:30 PM, get up quite angry, and leave without dinner at exactly 10:38 PM... 2 hours without explanations and WITHOUT anyone who said anything to us. At the cashier, I demand explanations that obviously aren't given to me, and on top of that, I am treated superficially and arrogance by a "supposed" manager complete with a ridiculous and presumptuous smile. I leave the place in a bad way, leaving them with a big "SHAME ON YOU!"!! I wasn't expecting them to humiliate themselves or anything, but at least a minimal apology. Today I learned that other customers have complained quite vehemently, and in their case too, no one apologized or offered explanations. From the table where I was sitting with several other people, I was confirmed that the last pizza for a 13-year-old boy was served at 11:10 PM—an absolute disgrace. And I urge the management or whoever they represent to NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE, OTHERWISE I WILL BE FORCED TO WRITE THE ENTIRE MISADVENTURE IN DETAIL, WITH RIDICULOUS DETAILS AND MORTIFYING ANECDOTES. Lastly, I have a cooking diploma and have worked in renovations for several years. I know what a turbulent and complicated SERVICE means, and I understand. But there's a limit to everything, I repeat, at least AN APOLOGY... that's all I asked for. I can't comment on the food; I repeat, I had to go home without dinner. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE SERVICE. As for the rest, I don't know.
I ate pizza two days ago and it's still in my stomach, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this pizzeria!!
I tried this new management! But unfortunately, from my point of view, the pizza is more like a focaccia. The dough probably contains semolina, which makes the crust sticky and not very elastic.<br>The ingredients could be improved, and the draft beer isn't the best!

I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel it's fair to share my experience objectively.<br><br>First of all, the place is nice and well-kept.<br><br>Last night we went for dinner, and unfortunately, we weren't satisfied with the pizzas: the dough was rubbery and flavorless, and overall, they lacked a memorable flavor. Considering the prices, which aren't exactly cheap, we expected much better quality.<br><br>Another note concerns the menu: on the printed price list, the pasta on the children's menu is listed at €8, but for a baby pasta (ordered as a half portion), we paid €8.50, as shown on the receipt. Furthermore, any off-menu items, listed on a separate sheet of paper, should be priced at the indicated price. Greater clarity on this point would be helpful to avoid misunderstandings.<br><br>Finally, the €3 cover charge per person seemed high for what was offered (plastic placemat and paper napkin).<br><br>Overall, the experience didn't live up to expectations. I hope these aspects can be improved.
