I ordered at 7:35 PM on their website, delivery expected at 9:00 PM, I called at 8:50 PM and they told me the order was out… I called back at 9:18 PM and they couldn't find the order. Absurd! This is the 5th time it's happened, always the same way. I'm giving one star because zero is not allowed.

I order four pizzas online, and they give me a delivery time of 9:00 PM, but it's 7:45 PM.<br>At 9:15 PM, I call and they apologize, saying I'm a little late and will deliver in 15 minutes. At 9:45 PM, I call again and apologize again, saying they're on their way to deliver, as it's Saturday and they're having problems. They arrive three minutes later.<br>I figured that with all these very polite excuses, they'd at least deliver the pizzas hot, and maybe a small gift as a tangible sign of goodwill.<br>I'll think about it in the future.
Ordered from Glovo, a whole pizza was missing. I made a mistake in paying first, and the delivery driver wouldn't give me my money back. Last time.
Ha recensito la sede sbagliata , comunque ci dispiace per l’inconveniente , che purtroppo e’ stato causato dal servizio GLOVO e non dalla nostra pizzeria ( DI VIA BONDI )<br>Appena ci ha contattati, abbiamo comunque rifatto immediatamente la pizza a nostre spese e fatto in modo che le venisse riconsegnata . Crediamo di aver gestito e risolto il problema nel miglior modo possibile .

Among the best pizzerias in Bologna
I ordered a pizza delivery.<br>The lady who took the order over the phone was very kind, and the guy who delivered the pizza was very helpful.<br>You can also pay by POS. The only thing is that (the pizza was delicious) the potatoes need to be reworked. Otherwise, everything was great!

Well, truly one of the best pizzerias in Bologna. Authentic Neapolitan pizza, cooked to perfection, and incredibly easy to digest. Very friendly staff, impeccable service, and a lovely location (I went on Via Bondi). Excellent value: authentic, top-quality ingredients.
