Friendly team, excellent food. Whether pizza or burgers, both were delicious. Functionally furnished.
You made me feel like a fool with your organization: I booked at the pizzeria, but in the end, there was no reservation, the reception staff is not properly trained, we had to tell them the prices for the pitches and the tourist tax.<br>As for the rest, I have to be honest: the pizzeria staff (Savio especially) was excellent and knowledgeable, the pizzas were excellent, the campsite was 5-star.

The pizza was very good, as was the restaurant. The burger was large, well-cooked, and delicious. The female staff, including the owner, were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The male staff could be improved a bit. The fish portion could be improved; I would have preferred grilled sea bass or similar fish.
Both the restaurant and pizzeria are excellent.<br>The staff is knowledgeable, dynamic, and friendly.<br>We always enjoy coming here because we feel truly at home.<br>Pets are allowed both inside and outside.

The Florenz campsite itself is great, but the pizzeria is a disaster. Sure, the pizza and other dishes are very good, and the prices are reasonable. But the service is a disaster. As they advertise on their website, you can order your favorite food and eat it on your patio or in front of your camper/trailer, but... Well, that's the "but." One day you arrive and find out the pizza is out of stock and you'll be able to order it in an hour (and the place is already open—it's not like you arrived too early). The next day, you get your number and wait, and wait... Of course, you wait outside, where there isn't enough space for the waiting people—so you just stand by the door. The staff comes out, calls out numbers, and there are five more than your number, and there are ten more... You check your watch: your order was placed 50 minutes ago. You go to ask what's going on—against the rules, of course, because they clearly stated that after placing your order, you have to wait outside. And boom: you learn that their organization is so organized that if you order one pizza, your order is considered low priority, and you should have ordered, say, four to get it faster. No apologies, just a statement that you mean nothing to them with your small order. And after an hour of waiting at the door, you finally receive your – despite everything – delicious pizza.<br>I recommend the food. But the staff needs training or replacement. Especially since what I described above isn't the only incident. It seems that's just the norm.
The service is not good. You order and at the same time he says only pizza today, no other food.
It's a nice place, it also has a playground for children and there's a lot of space inside and a little space outside too.
