It's a beautiful restaurant, classically styled and spacious. For me, it's one of the best traditional restaurants in the Trieste Karst and Trieste itself.<br>In the summer, there's a wonderful and very spacious terrace completely surrounded by greenery. The traditional dishes are meticulously prepared, flavorful, beautiful, and delicious, and the ingredients are truly well-chosen. There's plenty of space, a beautiful parking lot and garden, and the interior dining room is spacious and bright with large windows, yet very relaxing and comfortable. The owners are kind and helpful. The price is definitely fair for everything. I highly recommend it.
One of the few authentic trattorias with a Central European flavor. Competent and friendly service, timeless flavors, and a remarkable welcome. The quality of the table setting (a highly underrated aspect today) is not to be underestimated. An interesting discovery, made easier by its inclusion in the Osterie d'Italia collection. From now on, a must-see on the plateau.
