Very good food, super friendly people.

The light was flicking weirdly, hope they fix it because it distracts a bit that everything else is lovely

The planned stopover on the way to Tuscany was absolutely worth it.

The stuffed zucchini blossoms were wonderfully crispy on the outside and creamy and minty on the inside.

Equally perfect were the ravioli filled with pheasant and truffled salsa.

The absolute highlight of the primi course was the charsons (like Carinthian noodles, but made with potato dough) with delicate shavings of smoked ricotta.

The daily special was stuffed guinea fowl breast (fantastic). Of the accompanying vegetables, the celeriac sticks were a bit too sweet and caramelized for our taste.

The pork tenderloin could have been cooked to a more perfect doneness, as mentioned above regarding the vegetables.

The pieces of lamb leg were also truly superb.

A delightful finale was the Gubbana and the vineyard peach sorbet.

As always, a great welcome, and everything was delicious, even accompanied by an excellent glass of wine. Thank you very much.

A place not to be missed. I'm not Italian, but I'm almost certain it's the most wonderful dinner you'll ever have.

Pastoral and accurate traditional food that allowed me to dwell into délicate sofistication bite after bite. Respect

We ate there at the beginning of August and sat in the beautiful courtyard.

The food, the service, the ambiance – everything was fantastic, from the appetizer to the dessert. The cuisine was excellent. We were absolutely delighted.

The restaurant also has a winery – the wines are highly recommended.

My husband knew both the restaurant and the winery from a hiking trip last year and was so impressed that we simply had to come back together this year.

Anyone in the area should definitely eat there!!

What a lovely place to eat! A dreamy ambiance in the garden, excellent regional cuisine with a selection of their own and international wines. The service is warm and attentive, and you immediately feel welcome! We had a wonderful time there, and the short walk from Breg was definitely worth it.

A charming location, perfect for any type of ceremony.
The owner and family were helpful and friendly, the service excellent, and the dishes were beautifully presented. The atmosphere was very refined and elegant. Their wines are exceptional; I thoroughly enjoyed the tasting of their whites, and the reds were also excellent, although I personally didn't try them.
It's a shame the evening was rainy and cool, but we'll definitely be back.
Thank you for your hospitality.

A beautiful restaurant with uniquely good Italian cuisine and its own excellent wines. Anyone looking for a fine and cozy dining experience in Collio simply must visit Cjant dal Rusignul!

We chose this location as our wedding venue, so I'll be reviewing it. What can I say? They're true professionals; we received compliments from all our guests. Trust these people; you'll be taken care of from the appetizers to the final reception. They'll give you the best and make your day truly unforgettable!

A very beautiful and well-kept location, ideal for a pleasant evening in a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service was rather slow, with wait times exceeding expectations. The dishes were decent, well-presented, but lacked any particular elements that made them stand out. Overall, a satisfactory experience, which could be significantly improved with greater attention to speed of service.

Sunday lunch with friends in the Gorizia Collio. We ate very well: carefully prepared dishes, beautifully presented, even if the portions were a bit small.

The service was attentive and quick, and we also appreciated the excellent wine pairings.

The location is very charming: we were in a cozy room with a fireplace. In warmer weather, I imagine eating outside is even more charming.

A very positive note: dogs are welcome! Ours was pampered by everyone and even met the owners' dog. A detail we truly appreciated.

Overall, a very pleasant experience.

A delightful Easter lunch. The elegant setting and the staff were very friendly, smiling, and helpful. The food was excellent, as were the wines paired with the dishes.
