Ogni impasto è il risultato di lunghe lievitazioni naturali con prefermenti, studiati per garantire digeribilità, fragranza e un prodotto finale artigianale.\<br\>\<br\>Il prezzo riflette proprio questo percorso: non è legato alla quantità, ma alla qualità, al tempo e alla cura che dedichiamo a ogni preparazione. Lavoriamo con un approccio che potremmo definire ortobiologico e artigianale, dove ogni passaggio è fatto per valorizzare ingredienti semplici ma eccellenti.\<br\>\<br\>Ci dispiace che tu abbia percepito il costo come “stracaro”, ma speriamo che queste informazioni possano aiutare a comprendere meglio il valore che cerchiamo di offrire ogni giorno.
