The staff were very kind and courteous, helpful when I arrived late for my reservation and also offered me a table that had become available (since I was alone, I had reserved at the counter).<br>The ramen portion was a bit small, however, and the restaurant was very busy and noisy (I dined on a Tuesday night).<br>Being from out of town, I don't think I'll be back.
I've never been there before, but I'll definitely be back. Excellent food and equally good service. Well done!!

G-O-O-N-G!<br><br>One of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to. We came here because of the JETRO certification and were curious to try the dishes on the online menu—it more than exceeded our expectations.<br><br>For appetizers, I ordered the roast pork belly bao—juicy yet slightly crispy, and the sauce was delicious—the korokke and gyoza with wagyu beef (menu of the day) accompanied by a flavored soy sauce were equally delicious, both the dough and the filling.<br>We shared a portion of takoyaki (octopus balls) served with thin flakes of tuna—a must-try!<br><br>For main course, I ordered the aji ramen; the broth was slightly thick with a pork flavor, but very light and served at the perfect temperature. The noodles were cooked just right (I wonder if they were homemade), the egg was perfectly cooked, the roast slices melted in your mouth, and the portion was excellent.<br><br>For dessert, we all ordered matchamisu—finally, a matchamisu that tastes like matcha; truly delicious.<br><br>For drinks, we ordered sake, more or less all fruity—though the menu offers a wide selection, including dry and other varieties. Finally, we decided to try the whiskeys (I don't remember the names)—one aged, the other not.<br><br>All of this was complemented by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.<br>An excellent experience, highly recommended—we'll definitely be back.

A nice atmosphere, but little reminiscent of Japan, except for the corner where they sell Japanese items. Good food, with some details adapted to Italian tastes and not typically Japanese. I'll be back.
We dined last night with four people, one of whom was vegan. We chose the tasting menu, and I really appreciated the willingness to adapt the menu to vegan.<br>The quality of the food is good, but the price is perhaps too high for what you get.<br>The service was excellent, with very helpful and friendly staff. We also appreciated the explanation of the food served on the plates (even though we didn't need it).<br>The atmosphere somewhat resembles a restaurant in Japan, but there's still a lot of room for improvement.

Truly a wonderful experience!<br>We ate wonderfully (à la carte menu), we loved the attention to detail, the ambiance, the explanation of the off-menu items... it all created an atmosphere that made me feel like I was in a happy oasis, far from home. 🥺<br>I loved the Veggie Ramen!<br>I hope to try other vegan options in the future 🌱 ❤️<br>(P.S. For me, Aji was poetry on a plate: every bite felt like something thoughtful, heartfelt, almost handwritten. The flavors are authentic, clean, and you can sense the passion of the chef. An experience that warms the heart as well as the palate. I'll definitely be back.
