> As locals, we're big fans of this restaurant. Saskia's is a family business run by a mother, daughter, and son, and it's very well and warmly managed. The restaurant is refreshingly free of any unnecessary touristy frills that only serve to inflate prices. The food has been consistently excellent for years, and they offer not only pizza but also a wide selection of other dishes. The tiramisu is legendary, and I highly recommend it to everyone. We love Saskia's.

> I went to Ortisei on the evening of my first night there on October 23rd.\<br\>\<br\>You absolutely MUST try the potato and mushroom soup. It is incredibly delicious. It is a must-try.\<br\>\<br\>The restaurant has an antique yet cozy atmosphere, and is run by friendly staff.\<br\>\<br\>The meat itself was a bit tough, but the sauce and French fries were insane! Although not pictured, the pasta made with meat and tomato sauce was also incredibly tasty.\<br\>\<br\>I strongly urge all Koreans to go. It is a choice you won't regret!!
