We visited Pizza e Cuore for the first time on a very hot evening this scorching summer. We sat inside because it's air-conditioned. It's a family-run place, friendly, and quiet, just as we always prefer. We ordered bruschetta with prosciutto or capocollo and pistachio, anchovy, and stracciatella pesto, French fries, a "sckattata" with cherry tomatoes, ricotta forte, and mozzarella, which turned out to be very delicate despite the strong ricotta, more pizzas, and beer. We were served with kindness and friendliness. The pizzas were delicious, thin, and well-cooked. They explained to us that the dough is leavened for 48 hours with sourdough starter and the pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven with a rotating base. Great! The beer selection is excellent, even if it's all bottled. We'll definitely be back!

Yesterday we ordered a 4-cheese pizza. I was surprised because while eating it, I could feel the unique flavor of the cheese and the wood-fired pizza. Honestly, this is my second pizza in Italy, but it definitely beats the one in Rome. Waiting time: about 6 minutes.

Nice family pizzeria. I suggest the thin crust pizza. Regular price.

Terrible home delivery, cold pizzas and almost a two-hour wait (ordered at 8:30 PM), sour stracciatella, poor-quality ingredients, shame on you! Close them down, you shouldn't poison people.

The service and atmosphere are prompt and friendly. The pizza itself, however, isn't exactly convincing. The dough is heavy and cooked in a wood-fired oven... but it tastes like it's been cooked in an electric oven.

What can I say? I stumbled upon it by chance with my girlfriend, and I have to say that, if you're not expecting a Michelin star given the reasonable prices, it's a spartan but welcoming little place, thanks to the owner, Antonella, and the friendly staff.
The food was good, but if you're worried about the "mise en place," as I've read in other reviews, then spend €30 on a pizza and a beer elsewhere.
Simplicity. I recommend it.

Waiting an hour and a half late to eat such a bad pizza... raw potatoes on top, raw dough, and three kilos of mozzarella on top. Disgrace!!!!!

Terrible pizzeria!
We ordered pizzas at 8:00 PM for 9:30 PM, and they arrived at 10:45 PM, 1 hour and 45 minutes late!
The pizzas were awful and arrived cold: the onion wasn't caramelized, but raw, and the pizza was missing ingredients. Not to mention the truffle pizza, which didn't even smell like truffle.

Terrible quality and service; I will never order from this pizzeria again.
