Only in Italy can you find a true "Pearl" while lost on the road and looking for a place to eat that's open during the siesta.<br><br>The wonderful Signora Antonietta of "La Perla" invited us in, even though the restaurant was closed. With a smile and a warm welcome, she told us she would prepare a light appetizer for us... but what she prepared was much more than a simple appetizer. It became a small luxury filled with authentic flavors. It was a wonderful experience.

First of all, I've known the place and the owners for years, but just a courtesy: if someone doesn't know that on Saturdays or holidays there's karaoke, dance halls, group dancing, discos, and so on, please let me know when someone books well in advance. You never know if someone wants to go for a meal, chat, and a relaxing evening with friends, or if they want to go wild dancing. You never know. Next time, let future customers who aren't aware of these things know in advance. You may get negative reviews like mine. Unfortunately, to my dismay, no one paid for my dinner or evening, so you also need to be clear when someone books.

I wouldn't even advise my worst enemy to go to that restaurant, dirty cutlery, dirty plate, everything dirty, it makes me want to vomit.
I highly recommend this place; I think it's the worst restaurant in Avetrana. Today, for the first time, we went to a restaurant, paid quickly, having left everything (the first course we ordered) on our plates, and at 1:30 PM we were looking for a new place to eat. As soon as we arrived at the Perla, we politely asked if we could eat and were escorted into this large, dark dining room that gave the impression of being completely unsanitary. The lady brought us the menu, we looked at it, and when it came time to order, we opted for three different first courses. The "Lady" insistently asked us to order the same first course for convenience without giving any real reason, and we didn't take kindly to her. We decided to just order that (three tagliolini with scampi) and a bottle of still water. Once the courses arrived, we tasted them and a few forkfuls, all three of us realized it was not our day. We left almost everything on our plates and asked for the bill. We left having spent a total of 38 euros without having eaten anything. But the worst thing was that the owner didn't even care about our inconvenience. She just took our money and said goodbye!!!
Tasty pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, with quality ingredients. The staff is courteous and helpful, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor courtyard is also very charming, perfect for dining on summer evenings.<br>Recommended!

A very welcoming place, with very helpful and friendly owners and experience. Excellent food... if you're passing through Avetrana, you definitely have to try their panzerotto and house puccia. 😊
We went to dinner with friends and we were very disappointed with the quality/price ratio.
The garden is very pretty, as is the interior, but there's no air conditioning.<br>We only had the pizza, which was excellent.
We stopped at this pizzeria on our way back from Puglia to Salerno.<br>The place is simply yet welcomingly furnished, has a wood-fired oven, and the staff is very friendly.<br>The Margherita pizza is truly delicious, and the fried meatball filled with ham and mozzarella is especially good.<br>In short, if you're passing through and, like us, want to stop for a quick snack of pizza, croquettes, and meatballs, this is definitely the place for you.
A quiet place, good service! You absolutely must try the Polpette della casa, which are their specialty!
The place was empty. I asked for a chicken cutlet for the child, and they brought me a spinach from Eurospin... the rib-eye steak was inedible, tough and overcooked. Only the cannavacciolo starter could have saved us from this nightmare, but unfortunately it didn't arrive! I advise you not to go there to eat.
