> A well-maintained place, but the pizza prices are a shame. I paid €11 for a Margherita, and in my opinion, you get much better pizzas for that price. Another flaw is that they don't do separate billing, and when you ask for a receipt with the prices, they tell you the computer doesn't print one!

> Crazy. Empty place. 3 people seated. We arrived, 5 adults and 5 children, for an aperitif. We waited 10 minutes for the 3 guys at the register to agree on payment for 2 packs of gum, oblivious to the 10 people waiting to be seated. They were basically just minding their own business. Finally, a fourth person noticed us (after all, 10 people in an empty place are hard to notice, especially if they're standing at the counter) and we asked if we could sit down. Goodbye... he couldn't find the words to tell us he didn't want to push the tables together. We were the ones who had to say that if it was a problem, we could leave. No objections from him. In fact, he let us go. He preferred to keep the place empty rather than seat 10 people who would all have something to eat. Were they scared of the children? Were they not the ones who advertised the special welcome for families? Really bad.

> Terrible service! They only offer a WhatsApp service for reservations, so obviously you have to rely on that... I texted on a Saturday at 11:00 AM and only received a response at 7:30 PM saying there was no possibility because the place was already full. I showed up in person anyway to explain the inconvenience and try to see if there was a table available, but I was told there was nothing they could do and that it wasn't possible and we would have to find another alternative ourselves, according to the girl who handles reservations, in a rather unfriendly and unsociable manner! That said, it was not a pleasure dealing with you at all! THANK YOU

> When we got to this place, we noticed that there were some guys near the register arguing with the cashier about their receipt, until they came out and loudly talked about having paid for table service per person plus a small dessert for €5. We saw from the menu that the prices were more or less reasonable considering EVERYTHING. In disbelief, we sat down after asking at the register. After almost half an hour, we went back to call the staff. Once the lady arrived, we asked for 4 spritzes and a peach tea.\<br\>Narrow plastic cocktail glasses (like those from nightclubs). I said to them very politely: "Have you run out of glasses?" He replies that they don't serve glass outside; that was the policy.\<br\>So you can imagine how much Spritz there was in that glass full of ice, especially... When we got to the cashier, the bill was €38.00.\<br\>That is:\<br\>€7 for the Spritz\<br\>€2.50 for the tea\<br\>And a whopping €7.50 for service!

> Very nice place, but the service and the cost completely ruin it. Can you charge €1.50 for a €1.20 coffee? Five people, five coffees, or something similar... €16.50.

> You don't work like that. Zero customer service. I celebrated my birthday there and went to dinner twice, because leaving a negative review for just one time you eat at a place is excessive. But if all three of you have major service issues, then we're not there. Beautiful place... 0 service.

> We were here on Tuesday for a company dinner, with about 20 people at our table. The place was very large, nice, and welcoming, even though it was practically empty that evening, except for one other table.\<br\>The staff was friendly and helpful. We started with a frittino, which was average, and then we all ordered pizza. Unfortunately, while the flavor was decent, the pizza was quite wet and not particularly satisfying.\<br\>The worst part was the wait: considering the place was almost empty, waiting about an hour and a half for the pizzas seemed really excessive.\<br\>Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was friendly, but we expected a little more from the pizza, especially a much shorter wait.

> Good place for families . There are plenty of places to play for kids. It's out of city close to commercial center so around is not so fancy but the place itself is good and clean. There are so many tables during summer time and they can not reach whole tables in resonable time.It took more then 15 min able to order. It's way better in winter time (5 min). Food quality is medium . I ate several times there and I felt I quite disappointed from the last one .The qualty of oil wasn't good. I suffered a lot after dinner. It wasn't like that . I suggest to check the qualty of ingredients

> Babysitting would certainly be an interesting idea and an added value for a restaurant like Terre City, if only it were managed differently. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but positive.\<br\>\<br\>Regarding the babysitter's behavior, last Saturday evening, after visiting the play area with my son and trying to exit through a locked door, I was reprimanded in a very rude manner. I didn't know, however, that the door was locked, as there was no sign or indication to that effect. The babysitter, instead of simply explaining the situation, addressed me in a decidedly impolite manner.\<br\>\<br\>I reported the incident to the owner, who initially apologized and, following the incident, offered us babysitting. However, she later changed her mind, deciding not to continue with the offer. I was also disappointed by the owner's handling of the situation: I would have expected greater professionalism, courtesy, and, above all, consistency.\<br\>\<br\>Babysitting services can be a great idea for families, but incidents like this and inconsistent handling of issues can compromise the overall experience.
