Fried food: not the usual frozen fare, but handmade one by one; meatballs with just the right amount of gavoi; potato croquettes with mint—delicious! The eggplant is a special treat: the small, precise eggplant rolls with tuna melted in your mouth—as they say in Romagna, "fata roba," meaning "what a spectacle!" Those who ate the meat were thrilled with the flavors... what more can I say? When are we going back?

> An unexpected Friday in June: a friend and I decided to try Le Querce for the first time for a quiet evening in the village. We sat outside in the little square, rarely seen by cars, framed by beautiful trees. The wife is the boss ☺️ and the husband, a truly charming person, raved about its culinary wonders... and he was right about everything!! Fresh and flavorful potato croquettes and mussels au gratin, melt-in-the-mouth eggplant rolls, and mouth-watering fava bean puree with chicory—truly excellent! You have to wait a bit for the service, but everyone is super helpful, and the wait is never a problem. We'll be back.
