Welcoming place, fried food, meat, pizzas—everything tops. Two young men in the dining room, though very young, demonstrated a wealth of experience, kindness, and above all, patience. Well done, guys, and well done everyone!
We were with friends. Everything was very good. Fried food was excellent. Pizza was a wide selection. The staff was helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back.

The pizzas are more than decent, but the wait is so long—an hour at best—that it ruins the idea of going there spontaneously.
We dined at this restaurant in August; the tables were set up outdoors in the nearby square.<br>The menu was varied and traditional, with reasonable prices.<br>The delicious homemade fritters were delicious.<br>The service was a bit slow, as it was a Saturday evening (about an hour passed between ordering and the first course).<br>Overall, we had a good time.<br>The waitress, Martina, was excellent and very professional.
The restaurant is simply furnished, has outdoor tables in the piazza, and is staffed by courteous and helpful staff. The service could be improved, especially considering the large number of customers, but... the meat is truly extraordinary. We ate a traditional, delicious horse rosula (diaphragm), accompanied by excellent sautéed vegetables in the Salento style.<br>The price/quality ratio is excellent.
A village festival...at a pizzeria! Dinner in the shade of the centuries-old phitolacca (a magnificent tree, I've never seen it this big) with atmospheric lights and karaoke to liven it all up like a party with friends. Delicious, easy-to-digest pizza with quality ingredients. Fried food: not the usual frozen fare, but handmade one by one; meatballs with just the right amount of gavoi; potato croquettes with mint—delicious! The eggplant is a special treat: the small, precise eggplant rolls with tuna melted in your mouth—as they say in Romagna, "fata roba," meaning "what a spectacle!" Those who ate the meat were thrilled with the flavors... what more can I say? When are we going back?
I really enjoyed Pizzeria Trattoria Le Querce in Lequile. Authentic flavors, from excellent vegetables, like grilled peppers and eggplant parmigiana, to quality steak and sausage. Recommended for those seeking authentic cuisine, a quiet atmosphere shaded by majestic trees, and simple yet consistently friendly management.
Food was okay. Price was okay. We had to wait a very long time.
Unfortunately the quality of the food is not the same as it used to be and the service has also left much to be desired. Waiting 2 hours for a pizza is a bit excessive. What a shame, I always went there with great enthusiasm.
An unexpected Friday in June: a friend and I decided to try Le Querce for the first time for a quiet evening in the village. We sat outside in the little square, rarely seen by cars, framed by beautiful trees. The wife is the boss ☺️ and the husband, a truly charming person, raved about its culinary wonders... and he was right about everything!! Fresh and flavorful potato croquettes and mussels au gratin, melt-in-the-mouth eggplant rolls, and mouth-watering fava bean puree with chicory—truly excellent! You have to wait a bit for the service, but everyone is super helpful, and the wait is never a problem. We'll be back.
