We visited twice during our vacation – and that pretty much says it all. 😊<br><br>The first time, we were able to sit outside, but the second time it was a bit too chilly, so we spent the evening inside. Both had their own unique charm, and we felt very comfortable each time.<br><br>The food is prepared with local products and clearly with a lot of love. The dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented and served. The friendly and attentive staff contributed significantly to making us feel welcome.<br><br>Both visits were special evenings for us, and we will fondly remember them. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come back! 🇮🇹❤️
The Food is delicious, no complicated dishes, very pure! Nice plates - very nice waiters - very good wines!

In the central square, a splendid location. Very kind and knowledgeable staff, excellent ingredients expertly prepared. Reasonable prices, decent portions. It's not a "tourist spot," but a place where you can appreciate the flavors of the area. We loved it and will be back. Bravo!

Wonderful evening at Murusanza!<br><br>We had a fantastic time at Murusanza in Matino. The food was consistently delicious and freshly prepared. A huge plus: there was also a small but safe selection for guests with a gluten-free diet, which is definitely not a given.<br><br>The service was outstanding – incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. The wonderful, stylish atmosphere of the restaurant completed the experience. We will definitely be back!
We went for an aperitivo and came back twice for another aperitivo and dinner. Fabulous, fresh products with that touch of salentino from start to finish. Highly recommend.

A splendid restaurant in the historic center of Matino. Friendly and helpful staff and excellent, top-quality dishes made with fresh ingredients. The restaurant truly lives up to its name, "murusanza," which means "kindness." Highly recommended ❤️
Delicious food, especially the linguine with anchovies and lemon and the Salento tiramisu – a real treat! The staff are incredibly friendly, and the terrace is lovely in the evening – our favorite spot :)
Right in the heart of the town, this is a lovely spot for a modern dining experience. The service is excellent, with a genuinely friendly and welcoming team. The menu offers plenty of variety. It’s a place that’s well worth trying.
A very pleasant spot on the main square in the heart of historic Matino, with its Palazzo Marchesale. The welcome is warm, the service truly impeccable. The menu is small but features fresh, high-quality ingredients: we were delighted with the dishes we chose, and especially the Salento tiramisu! A real treat... we'll be back regularly since we live next door... and the price is reasonable too. What more could you ask for? :)
