An experience not to be repeated. Thirteen of us had dinner with a reservation for 9:00 PM. We arrived on time, but the poor service began as soon as we ordered. We asked twice for our order to be verified, and it was still incorrect. The appetizer arrived at 10:30 PM, and the main course arrived after 11:00 PM. The tuna was extremely salty, the swordfish had shrimp residue, which wasn't part of the dish we ordered, and the meat wasn't cooked to the requested cooking time, and it tasted fishy, probably because it was cooked on a shared grill. Our complaints were futile, as each one was accompanied by an explanation. One waiter was also very rude, but fortunately, a colleague of his made up for it with an apology and a kind attitude. I can't say the same for the owner, who made us wait an extra 20 minutes just to get the bill, because he was busy having friendly conversations with more deserving customers than us. The bill, however, was paid in full, except for one raw steak, which, despite a request for re-cooking, was sent back. I certainly won't recommend this restaurant and will never return.
Some little girls ruined the evening
We stayed at Pesca Subacquea, having decided to get married in Crotone. Several guests arrived over the course of the week, in addition to ourselves. The location is wonderful, and the pool is a lovely plus. The rooms were clean, and the owners and staff were fantastic, kind, and helpful, making our stay and wedding a wonderful experience. We also had the reception there, and everything was impeccable, and the food was excellent. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at the facility for just a few days... a negative experience. They even complained about my kids screaming a little more in the pool. I took my nieces there for two days, and they complained about that too... a terrible experience.<br>NEVER AGAIN

Everything first class
I think you should welcome customers as much as the kitchen and pizzeria can satisfy them. As advised by the person taking the order, we changed from pizzeria to restaurant because he said we would have been served sooner, unfortunately that wasn't the case. We waited an hour for the spaghetti, which was supposed to have mussels and clams but only arrived with clams (a few), not bad to be honest. The fried calamari was very good. In the end, we ordered two good tasting pizzas. The quality bitter liqueur was very expensive (our choice) but unfortunately it was served in miserable little plastic cups because the glass ones had run out... says the waiter. Well, the choice is yours. Just hope you don't find too many people before you. In all of this, I was expecting a small courtesy adjustment to the bill, which never arrived.
I'm sorry to have to report this, but my experience at your pizzeria was truly disappointing. After patiently waiting for two hours, the pizzas we ordered still hadn't come out. (And we would have had to wait for another, considering there were three other tables to serve before our table.) It's unacceptable to have to wait so long, especially without any communication or apology from the staff.<br><br>The management of the business is completely inefficient, to the point that we were forced to leave without receiving our order. We paid a whopping €55 for five portions of fries, three beers, a water, and a can of Coke!! €20 of which was just for the cover charge! I hope you can reconsider your approach, because such disorganization seriously risks compromising your reputation. Not to mention the arrogance with which you approached complaining customers. Never again at Assaja!
Excellent service and great food
The view is undoubtedly breathtaking, especially in the evening. The pizza is good and the appetizers are decent. Nothing particularly exciting, but the good table service, the spectacular view, and the unique style of the place make it well worth a visit. The musical entertainment during dinner was appreciated, but the volume was too high, making it difficult to converse with other diners during dinner and also making communication with the wait staff difficult. The wine cellar needs to be reviewed. In the summer, asking for a bottle of brut white wine is not like asking for champagne on the beach during the week of August 15th!
Awesome location. We dined on a terrace with a stunning sea view. The staff served us professionally and elegantly. The dinner was truly exquisite. From the appetizers to the Neapolitan-style pizza, everything was truly excellent! I highly recommend it!
