Very good pizza
Perfect
We went to Sambuco last night and what can I say? The pizza was delicious, the staff were very friendly, and the place was truly welcoming.<br>Being Neapolitan, I'm very picky when it comes to pizza, but this place felt like I was in Naples.<br>We'll definitely be back and will do a lot of good publicity.
The food was outstanding, with every dish offering vibrant flavors and beautifully prepared ingredients. Gino warmly recommended a wonderful selection of local starters for us to try, each showcasing the character and traditions of the area. He took the time to explain the different starter options and drinks in detail, helping us choose dishes and pairings that perfectly suited our tastes.<br><br>The drinks were excellent, and the artisan beers are especially worth trying—refreshing, full of character, and a perfect complement to the meal. Gino’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and attentive service made the entire experience even more enjoyable.<br><br>Grazie mille, Gino! 🙌🏾 Highly recommended
Visiting the Sambuco Pizzeria Bistrot was a true pleasure: a treat for the palate and a fantastic welcome!<br>The quality of the ingredients is simply excellent and you can taste it in every bite. The pizza is exceptional, easy to digest, and topped with the freshest, top-quality ingredients. To top it all off, the staff is exquisite, attentive, and always ready to make you feel welcome with a unique warmth.<br>A place to return to time and time again. Highly recommended!

A truly wonderful dining experience!! The pizza was cooked to perfection and easy to digest; the ingredients were good quality. I was delighted to eat the fries my grandmother used to make! The owner and wait staff were truly kind and attentive. This was the first time in a long series!

The pizza is delicious, but the mozzarella could be better distributed, and the toppings, as shown in the photo, are still a red circle. The only negatives are the inedible black olives, too salty, and the spicy salami, equally salty. So obviously, it's disgusting. If you change this, the pizza will be great. Another thing is the prices for drinks and the cover charge, which I can't stand at €2 per person, are a bit high. The fries are also a bit high, but I've had better. When you change these things, I'll definitely come back. Excellent service.
