Xbacco is a beautiful establishment in the heart of Montella, located in the center of the town square in a historic building. The interior is charming and well-maintained, and there's also an outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the cool air in the summer. The service is impeccable, and the cuisine is top-notch, using high-quality local ingredients expertly crafted by the chef. There's a wide selection of wines and gins for excellent aperitifs. The cheeses (some very special), cured meats, and quality meats are excellent. The caciocavallo tempura and carpaccio are highly recommended. The menu is seasonal, rather limited, but everything is carefully selected. Options with fresh local truffles and gluten-free options are also available. The bread is excellent. The tiramisu and millefeuille for dessert are highly recommended. The prices are quite high, but the kindness and extreme helpfulness of the young owners are absolutely worth it. I return often, and it's always a great place to share the excellent local products with friends and colleagues who visit us.

Extremely satisfied in every way! The food was top-quality and presented with attention to detail. Impeccable service, and the staff was incredibly kind. As a celiac, I can confirm that they pay exceptional attention to detail. We'll definitely be back and I recommend it to everyone ✨

I was pleasantly surprised by the dishes and the variety of wines offered at this restaurant. We tried both the tartare, which was truly well-seasoned, and the carpaccio. Both were delicious, along with a truly interesting first course of potato gnocchi.

We came in without a reservation on a Sunday during the Chestnut Festival. The staff were friendly, the menu had a limited selection, which I think is a plus. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. The wines were reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
