Excellent breakfast! We came here in the morning and found everything very good and high-quality. My only complaint was the crème fraîche: when I saw it on video, it looked like it was overflowing with cream, but in person, the filling was a bit thinner. Other than that, it was a complete success; I'd go back!

We tasted Chef Raffaele's delicacies, which are guaranteed to be delicious. Come if you want to indulge in dessert, and more.

Raffaele was very kind and friendly. He recommended the chocolate and coconut swirl, which was fantastic. The prices were right and the quality was high.

I was in this chalet this morning, so much advertised on social media. I went there from Naples to find a lack of hospitality, unwilling staff, a poorly maintained place, crumbs on the sofas and chairs. If we talk about the products, we ordered a wholemeal with Annurca apples, that's how the girl described it to me. The apples were dry, the cream, and not to mention the pasta, was heavy. Products are only well presented on social media, but believe me, up close, it's something else. I really hope you can improve the welcome and staff aspect as well. I repeat, the two girls this morning were unwilling and unwelcoming. I like to wander around and find and bring new things back to my place, but I don't bring anything from there.

I came here this morning, Saturday, with my family for breakfast around 9:30. There were only 4-5 sweet items left in the display case, a decidedly limited supply for a time when many people go to the bar specifically for breakfast. This isn't the first time this situation has occurred, and precisely because it's becoming a recurring occurrence, I took the liberty of writing this review.
I'd like to point out that the quality of your products is excellent and that we often frequent the place in the evening, which is why I'm disappointed to see this shortage. My sincere advice is to increase the availability of croissants and baked goods for breakfast, because at 9:30 in the morning, finding the display case almost empty is a significant disappointment.
While we were there having coffee, three other couples arrived, specifically requesting croissants and other sweet items for breakfast. Not finding any, one couple left, while the others had to settle for savory items.
Considering the promotion you do on social media for your pastries, I find it a shame that by mid-morning there's practically nothing left to choose from. This risks penalizing a place that, given the quality of its products, has every potential to offer a better experience even at breakfast.
I sincerely hope this review can be a constructive starting point for improving this service, because it would be a shame if organizational shortcomings compromised an offering that we otherwise greatly appreciate.

Excellent in every way
For a special occasion, I ordered a cake with Chantilly cream and wild strawberries, specifically requesting a simple yet elegant creation. The result exceeded all expectations.
Aesthetically, the cake was refined, clean, and classy, exactly how I wanted it. But the real surprise was when I cut it:
The sponge cake was incredibly soft and light.
The syrup was masterfully measured, making the cake just the right amount of moist without ever being cloying.
The Chantilly cream was velvety and delicate, perfectly balancing the freshness of the wild strawberries.
In a time when everyone tends to raise prices at the expense of customers, Chalè stands out for its absolutely affordable price and excellent value.
Special praise goes to the head pastry chef for his extraordinary skill and for perfectly interpreting my wishes, and to the entire staff for their professionalism, hospitality, and great kindness. You have truly made us happy. Our heartfelt congratulations, we will definitely be back!

Our experience this time was unfortunately disappointing, especially considering we're regulars.
We arrived at 10:40 PM and ordered drinks accompanied by a hot aperitif for three people. The girl who took our order confirmed that she would prepare them. Our drinks were served, and we then waited for the aperitif to arrive, assuming it was simply being prepared.

Around 11:10 PM, having still not received anything, we noticed that a table that arrived after us had already been served the hot aperitif. We therefore went inside to ask for clarification.
The girl told us that the order listed a "dry aperitif" and that, at that point, the kitchen was closed, telling us that she would see what could be done. We pointed out that our order had been placed at 10:40 PM and therefore we didn't understand how the kitchen could justify the lack of preparation, given that we had ordered well in advance.

Subsequently, another member of staff came to our table and informed us again that the kitchen was closed and that the girl had marked "dry aperitif" on the order. She also told us that we would have to specify "fried aperitif" to receive the hot one. We explained that, as regulars, simply asking for the aperitif had always been sufficient in the past and that we had never encountered a similar situation.

We also pointed out that, regardless of the error regarding the type of aperitif, up until that point we hadn't even received the dry aperitif that was listed on the order.
At that point, we were asked if we still wanted the dry aperitif. We said yes, since we hadn't received any accompaniments. We were assured that it would arrive in five minutes. We then waited another quarter of an hour, but again nothing arrived. At that point, after about an hour of waiting in vain, we decided to go to the cashier to pay and leave.

This situation was compounded by another issue with the bill. We noticed prices differing from those listed on the menu: for example, a drink listed at €7 was charged €8.50, with the explanation that this was the price applied as it was served. This also surprised us, as on previous occasions we had never been informed or charged such a difference.

We believe that errors can occur in the processing of orders, but what most disappointed us was the overall handling of the situation: I don't think we'll return.

A pastry shop that on a Monday at 8 in the morning doesn't have a whole wheat croissant, doesn't have a cereal croissant, doesn't have a brioche, only 4 miserable pre-made croissants in the window and 2 lazy baristas from the morning onwards, you should close the bar, it's not your art.

We got a takeout breakfast for my brother's birthday. It was a huge mistake!! We ate the puff pastry with caprese and lemon cream. First of all, the flavor was completely off. The caprese cream didn't go well at all and was acidic. The worst part was that it gave me the worst 20 minutes of my life. I only ate it first thing in the morning for breakfast, and by lunchtime I wasn't feeling nauseous and had diarrhea. It wasn't just indigestion, there was something wrong with the product, especially since my family also suffered, to a greater or lesser extent.

A forgettable breakfast; only the coffee was good.
I had a flake, but the butter dripped while I ate it.
The butter even covered the flavor of the cream.
A negative experience.
The coupon thing is just a joke.

Everything was perfect. My only suggestion is to add a few non-alcoholic drinks, because 4 isn't enough (and 2 are similar).
Otherwise, highly recommended!

Misleading or fraudulent promotion?
In their social media videos, they advertise a special offer for new customers. The promotion consists of a coffee and a croissant for €2.70, and, for the first time only, by presenting the coupon you receive a second croissant free. However, it's not as advertised.
To use the coupon, you must consume two coffees and two croissants, so on a breakfast of €5.40, not €2.70.
Now, the issue isn't the price, but the deception.
I've attached their coupon. What do you see in the promotional message?
It's a shame, because the products are excellent, but the behavior is unfair.
