Avoid. Over an hour's wait for two large salads that never arrived. We left early, paying for the bottle of water, which was the only thing they'd put on the table. Not even a hint of an apology, and not even a receipt.
What kind of place is this?!
Definitely a place to avoid!!! Chaotic, but above all, rude staff!!! Especially the man managing the tables at the entrance, instead of approaching customers, he pushes them away with his aggressive manner.
I used to go there, but after this encounter, I definitely won't be going back.
We waited over 1 hour for 2 pizzas...never again!
My family and I stopped at this trattoria for the second time. We ordered two daily menus, and I must say we were truly satisfied. The pasta with potatoes and provola was impeccable. The scialatielli alla Nerano usually lacks cream; it was more of a pasta with zucchini, but they were delicious nonetheless. That said, the food is excellent, with quality ingredients. Every dish was truly delicious.
Special thanks to the waiter, Joseph, always smiling, friendly, and helpful, who made the experience even more enjoyable. I would advise the waitress to follow a good example.
I highly recommend this trattoria to anyone looking for good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. We will definitely be back.
In Naples, pizza is a given! You have to work hard to make it ugly! And they succeeded! The thick Margherita was made with uneven dough, and the toppings were nonexistent! The cooked ham and fiordi latte pizza was a double whammy! The sausage and chips pizza had a big hole in the center and was burnt! The tomato pasta was quick and easy! Precooked pasta! And the tomato was overcooked! In short, a lunch to forget! And also, there was no receipt at all! Not that I'm picky about this, but paying a lot and then not getting a receipt! In any case, not recommended at all! Avoid it! Go to the center of the square, where there's much more choice!
Staff don't care about their customers and prices are outrageous. The typical "I'll fleece you and I don't care who sees you anymore" vibe.
A somewhat controversial place. I stumbled upon this place by chance; it's certainly not one of my favorite places, but we'd finished shopping late and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is what it is, like a mall, but the waitress was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The first courses, a Genovese and a Parmigiana, were good if a bit salty. The lamb was decent, but the portion was a bit small, and the quality of the sliced meat wasn't excellent. The price, too, was moderately high—we spent ninety euros for two—which seemed a bit excessive for a mall restaurant. My partner would have given it only three stars; I'd give it three and a half, roughly four. Overall, if you're there at lunchtime, it's still a decent place to stay.
A disgrace
This restaurant offers excellent food, both in the kitchen and in the pizzeria. Excellent appetizers are also available, and the service is fast and courteous, always ready to accommodate guests' needs. There's a playground for the little ones with entertainment included. There are also numerous TVs showing all the latest sporting events, matches, Formula 1, and more. It offers a variety of reasonably priced menus for both the kitchen and the pizzeria.
I'm giving it a 'one star' because if I could give it a '0' I would, but it's a shame there isn't one. About ten days ago, I was at the restaurant with my partner. Before entering, we politely asked them if they could also show the Champions League match, because they always show matches... they asked for the team and said yes. I was still perplexed, they first let us sit down and served us straight away, some 'guys' made a joke every now and then so they asked my partner which team I supported, so they told her several times we'll put it on straight away, then they first replied that they were playing it and then they didn't know the channel at that point I got fed up, we were teased, they laughed among themselves, and they told my friend on the way out that here we 'support Napoli', but it's a shame that the guy didn't say it to my face and didn't ask me, because I would have answered him with a brush, here you have to offer a service, not act like a clown! making fun of the customers, we left in disgust, and they weren't able to tell me to my face that they didn't 'want to wear it'. By the way, the pizza wasn't cooked well, what my partner got was a small portion, and the price, as usual, was very expensive. And this is to say that we have always been customers, it's the first and last time that I've been scammed, but I went there to make my partner happy, because I understood that in the end 'they wouldn't put that game on' and also the waitress who was wandering around laughing, reporting what her colleagues didn't have the courage to say to our faces... all this = after having us sit down first and grabbed the customer... shame because we didn't finish the food and we didn't even like it... and all customers should do this with people like that... it's not a good way to treat customers in a good way, but even if the pizza had been good... we won't go there again, you're making fun of someone else and the prices are much higher, among the highest in the whole of central Campania, but what matters to me is the professionalism, which is equivalent to 0, shame that it can't be put... I don't recommend it, as a whole In Campania, there are some very good, genuine places that know how to win over customers, unlike those who do it and then end up being disgusted. Because in business, the customer always comes first... and then you add that I'm a Napoli fan... on a 'night' when Napoli wasn't playing, but like honest Italians, another Italian team was playing!!! I advise against it, and you don't end up in these fake-smile ads either, it's the first and last time!! For my favorite team, I add, the story doesn't change, it's the one that has won the most Scudetti in Italy, but some fans don't accept that and take it out on the good customer. Shame for the Azzurri! We won't go there again!
Delicious pasta and potatoes
We went here for lunch and opted for two menus for €16.

This option included the first course of Cortecce pasta with ragù and ricotta cheese, an excellent dish and a fairly generous portion. The second course featured mozzarella and tomatoes. The first course was rather small but good, while the second course was tasteless.

The cover charge included water and bread (excellent).

Based on our experience today, I disagree with the other reviews about the food, but I agree with many about the service. The latter, while not particularly faulty, was cold and didn't make you feel welcome.

The prices are a bit higher than other places in the mall, and not all are listed on the paper menu, so I recommend checking the full menu using the QR code to avoid any surprises.
Terrible experience, first time at this pizzeria, poor quality food and rude staff with customers.
Great flight experience
Service too slow.
Pizzeria Tre P is a real discovery for those seeking a light yet authentically flavored pizza. The pizza is perfectly cooked, with a soft, well-leavened dough reminiscent of the Caputo brothers' famous "Nuvola," a sign of high-quality flour and meticulous craftsmanship. Each bite is a balance of lightness and flavor, ideal for those who love Neapolitan tradition without sacrificing an easy-to-digest pizza.
A major plus for families is the children's playground: an area where little ones can have fun while their parents enjoy dinner. The only small drawback is that it can sometimes be a bit loud, but it's an acceptable compromise considering the restaurant's welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
In short, Tre P is an excellent choice for those seeking quality, well-made pizza that's suitable for everyone, young and old alike. It's a pleasantly surprising experience that will keep you coming back.
I'm giving it one star because otherwise I can't write a review, but they deserve zero. I ordered Sicilian pasta, and to say it was from the day before is an understatement. The Caprese was made with rotten tomatoes and smelly mozzarella. The cutlery was dirty. I mentioned it to the waitress, the girl with glasses, who evidently had a dead cat because she didn't even reply to me. Anyway, moral of the story: never again.
The pizza was good but paying 15 euros for it means stealing as far as I'm concerned.....they offer you the most expensive pizzas and obviously trusting you don't ask the prices well grandma's pizza (I dare say very rich considering how much she earns for water and flour, a bit of aubergine and 4 crumbled meatballs of which you can't be sure of the minimum quantity of meat and/or bread) for only 15 euros..........BUT WHO EVERYONE......PEPE IN GRAMMI IN CAIZZO.........PIZZERIA IN GRAMMI IN MONTERUSCELLO.........LIONIELLO IN SUCCIVO AND I COULD GO ON SINCE I'VE DONE THEM ALL.........AND I SAY......NO.....NUN ZI LOR......you only had the courage to charge 15 euros for a pizza..........lastly......the cashier with the eyebrows seemed to have come out of men and women.....who knows if he was a graduate......if he had been he wasn't so eyebrowed I think. NEVER AGAIN
I'd give it 5 stars, but there were some small things like the inedible yellow tomatoes and the fries that were good for a minute, but then turned into San Carlo fries. :)
Fast service
Very expensive and nothing special, the staff didn't make it an emotion, 2 first courses, 2 cuts and maybe pennette 109 euros
