We were there last night and, as always, the excellent food, quality, and elegant atmosphere were consistently excellent. We've celebrated family events there and they've always been very happy with the food. Excellent venue.
A rather terrifying experience. The croquettes were large but sour, and the breading was full of probably used oil. We ordered a portion of fries, meatballs, and cream cheese (as presented by the waitress), but upon arrival, we discovered that the cream cheese was actually flavorless shredded cheese. Then, we discovered that the meatballs were clearly raw. We asked to remake them, but the chef decided to recook the same meatballs (a couple were overcooked and rubbery) and re-dip the fries in the basket, leaving them soft and soaked in oil. We told the waiter what had happened, and he played dumb, and we ended up paying a whopping €10 for this portion (I've attached a photo). In the end, we ordered a calzone and a pizza, both with thick, raw dough. The tomato sauce on the pizza was raw, making the pizza flabby, spongy, and rubbery. Despite our complaint, they didn't even offer us a bitter to apologize for the inconvenience or even consider removing the same portion of chips from the bill.

I spent over 80 euros to get a stomach ache after a pizza that even looked like unleavened bread because of its thinness. Now I'm going to throw up, thank you damn it.
We ate wonderfully, opting for the set menus instead of the à la carte: a meat and a fish dish to sample, and both were excellent. Special praise goes to the Genovese, which not everyone knows how to do so well! The quality-quantity-price ratio is amazing, the atmosphere is delightful with great background music, and the customer service is supreme. We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the positive experiences of the past are just a distant memory: last night's birthday experience was nothing short of shameful.<br>A table for just seven people and a two-and-a-half-hour wait for simple pizzas. We saw tables arriving long after us get served, eat, and leave before our food even arrived. The most serious and disrespectful thing was the response we received: their justification? "You're young and you were taking the opportunity to chat," citing, on top of that, the Napoli game. A completely unprofessional and discriminatory attitude toward paying customers. As if the damage weren't enough, due to their enormous delay, when the pizzas arrived we were literally shown the door: there was an absurd anxiety and rush to close, with plates almost being snatched from in front of us as we tried to eat, and precisely because of this, the quality of the food left much to be desired: pizza with sausages and chips, with chips nowhere to be found. Zero hospitality, terrible service, zero respect for the customer. A completely ruined birthday party. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone after this experience.
La vergogna più grande sapete qual è che per il vostro modo di essere distruggete tutto quello che vi è attorno, non ci siamo giustificati ma vi abbiamo detto semplicemente la verità. Però non può dirci che non abbiamo accoglienza o non siete state trattate bene e semplicemente di Sabato e c'era la prima partita del Napoli ed e stata una serata molto confusianale può capitare a tutti gli esseri umani , <br>La Ringraziamo per averci dato il suo feedback così cerchiamo di migliorare Ancora

The place is very cute, with lots of lights and flowers, but the wait for the pizzas is interminable!!!! We waited over an hour and a half for the pizzas!!! Absurd!!!

Excellent restaurant, welcoming with attentive service. The waitress was very kind, attentive to every little detail. The dishes were plentiful and delicious.<br>We chose the Sunday menu and weren't expecting everything to be so good. I recommend the fried squid, fried to perfection and crispy.<br>The icing on the cake was the homemade dessert... excellent ice cream, creamy and delicious.<br>We will definitely be back.
