Characteristic place, very warm and welcoming!!! ☺️Gurmer food but affordable for everyone, amazing female chef, very kind staff, the owner Rino very charismatic, it felt like being at home with friends, I recommend the mushroom pappardelle 🍄 porcini mushrooms and sausage deserve all the stars!!! I will definitely be back! Finally a place I like!!

We visited La Crusta in Isola del Liri and had a very positive experience. We appreciated the excellent quality of the ingredients in every dish: from the supplì to the battered fried dishes, to the pinsa, including the one with figs and prosciutto and the one with peaches, prosciutto, and stracciatella.<br>As a suggestion for further improvement, I would recommend cutting the prosciutto thinner, making it easier to eat over the base.<br>Unfortunately, the location is sometimes affected by the odors coming from the alley, and the interior space is a bit cramped.<br>Excellent service and a family atmosphere.<br>The overall impression remains very good, however, given the attention to detail in the food.

Speriamo di rivederla presto alla Crusta! 😊

We've dined here a couple of times already, and it's always a pleasant surprise. The pinsas are high-quality, and the antipasti are rich and tasty. The first courses are also delicious. It's become a regular fixture.

Drawn by the unique location under an arch, we went in for dinner (six people: two couples and two children). The interior is well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The most positive note is the quality of the pinsa, which is significantly above the local average. The prices are fair and honest, considering the amount of food you get. If I had to nitpick (a friendly tip I also gave to the person who paid the bill, I think the owner), if it's crowded and it takes time to eat, it's better to bring beers and cocktails later, and perhaps offer a welcome drink. Overall, everything was excellent, and I'll definitely be back!

One of the best places to eat a truly well-made pinsa. The dough is incredibly light and the flavors are truly outstanding. The pinsa-based sandwiches are also truly delicious and original. I also really appreciated the vegetarian options, which isn't always a given, and they're all truly delicious. Plus, the place is welcoming, the staff is friendly and always available, and there's a family atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease. You can tell there's passion and attention to detail behind the work. This is definitely a place I'll gladly return to. Highly recommended.

A very welcoming atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, and delicious appetizers and pinsa made with high-quality ingredients. A fantastic addition to the center of Isola del Liri, definitely worth a try.
