I tried their Roman-style pan pizza and it was simply excellent: light dough, perfectly crispy, and quality toppings. The fried calzones were also a real surprise: the dough is incredibly thin, not at all greasy, and the filling is rich and full of flavor. Friendly service and super fresh ingredients. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
I don't know if management has changed.<br>On the evening of the 27th, we ordered two baked colzoni.<br>They told us to wait 10 minutes.<br>After 30 minutes, they brought us two inedible fried calzones.<br>The undercooked pasta was stretchy, the mozzarella was like chewing gum, it was hard to swallow, and in Campania, the home of mozzarella, you don't expect that.<br>A huge disappointment.
La ringrazio per la sua recensione.<br>Le recensioni sia negative come in questo caso che positive servono sempre a fare crescere.<br>Posso solo contestare ( se mi permette) la sua richiesta è stata il nostro calzone fritto, anche perché se fosse stato richiesto al forno alla consegna avrebbe detto che non lo aveva chiesto fritto ma al forno e la sua opinione sulla mozzarella essendo un prodotto di altissima qualità su 50 calzoni sfornati e fritti lunedì, <br>2 con mozzarella gommosa mi sembra strano. se avesse scritto è troppa mozzarella da disgustare era più accettabile.<br>Grazie mille <br>Per averci fatto notare il. Grave problema riscontrato. <br>
