On the outskirts of Foggia, CRU Vineria & Cucina is a true find. Housed in a nondescript modern building, it reveals itself as an intimate, thoughtfully designed dining room with just a few comfortable tables beside the open kitchen, where Chef Michele Impagnatiello works with visible focus and flair.<br>The cooking is precise, seasonal, and rooted in Puglian ingredients, yet presented with contemporary elegance. Every plate showed both technical skill and genuine flavor, with particularly attractive presentation throughout the meal. The service was warm, competent, and unobtrusive—exactly right for a restaurant of this caliber.<br>Our dinner ranked among the very best meals of our Puglian vacation, and CRU is well worth seeking out for anyone visiting Foggia.

An unforgettable gourmet experience in Foggia: exceptional quality and generous portions!<br>We visited this splendid restaurant in Foggia and the experience was simply impeccable.<br>The kitchen offers gourmet dishes of the highest quality, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail and featuring truly remarkable selection of ingredients. Each course is a perfect balance of Apulian tradition and culinary innovation. Often, when it comes to gourmet dining, one fears leaving hungry: here, the exact opposite happened! In addition to the refined quality, the portions are extremely generous, and we left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied and truly full.
A truly excellent experience. Special mention goes to Chef Michele, who conveys passion, expertise, and meticulous attention to the quality of the ingredients in every dish. His cuisine is meticulously prepared, rich in flavor, and never boring, clearly showcasing his experience and research. Kudos to Michele and the entire staff: truly worthy of the service, it leaves you wanting to return.
A wonderful discovery. Authentic cuisine, rooted in tradition, yet innovative and sophisticated. From appetizers to desserts, it's an exciting journey for the taste buds and the eyes. Carefully crafted dishes and attentive service. You feel welcomed and privacy is guaranteed. The space is off-center and airy, a welcome addition for those who prefer a more tranquil setting.
I visited CRU restaurant with some friends and we were truly delighted. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and treated with great professionalism and courtesy, making us feel immediately at ease. The food was excellent, carefully prepared with quality ingredients, and the service was impeccable. We had a wonderful evening and had a great time. Kudos to all the staff; we'll definitely be back! I really want to explain these 5-star ratings with a message. In addition to the undeniable quality of the products and the chef's cuisine, I found exceptional attention to detail and preparation. I am in a very specific clinical situation, and receiving care and sophistication from someone in my same condition is extremely difficult. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming me and serving me with such care. See you soon.
An evening that started (according to the poster) with the best auspices and... ended in the worst possible way, continuing the next day... (see point 14...)<br>1- An unassuming and bare table, without a tablecloth, cutlery, napkins, or even minimal decoration.<br>2- The timing of the courses, staggered between diners, with long waits and the first ones to receive them getting cold...<br>3- Wine served without tasting, very bad and... with the price clearly displayed...<br>5- No ice bucket<br>6- Plastic plates and disposable wooden forks (not even at the Caritas soup kitchen...), with the aggravating factor that on a night with terrible winds (it should have been cancelled...) everything was flying...!<br>7- From the poster, it looked like an evening centered around the assassin, intended as a Bari dish and perhaps with a role-playing game of "murder mystery dinner," so much so that I even invited my daughter... Luckily, she didn't come anymore.<br>8- The DJ set was pleasant, but the volume was deafening, to say the least, making conversation at the table impossible without shouting.<br>9- The assassin, however... not exceptional.<br>10- The price was still a bit "excessive" for what was on offer.<br>11- No dessert at the end... well, the truth is, freezing to death and stunned by the wind and music, we ran away like Cinderellas...<br>12- There were delays in paying for a temporarily blocked POS... that could happen...<br>13- Bikes in the dining room and the chef sprawled on his chair smoking e-cigs and texting on his cell phone, which was not very decorous...<br>14- The icing on the cake: it must have been the cold (I hope not the food...), but the next day... diarrhea!<br>True, a tragic review and a huge disappointment for a venue I've visited several times without ever disappointing.<br>Just to emphasize the constructive and improvement goal, at least when it comes to organizing events.

Excellent cuisine with dishes prepared with attention to detail. Top-quality ingredients with fast, discreet service. Reasonable prices for food...and they won't break the bank.
I've tried the restaurant several times, but perhaps the winter and an unlucky evening didn't make my experience excellent. The restaurant had welcomed a very crowded group that evening, perhaps friends of the owner, who thought they could do whatever they wanted, disturbing the other guests. There was also perhaps a staff shortage, as we repeatedly saw the same waiter bustling back and forth between tables, the kitchen, and so on, obviously compromising the service somewhat. The dishes were scenic and of good quality, but perhaps the originality was a little overdone.
Every dish is meticulously crafted: top-quality ingredients, sophisticated pairings, and impeccable presentation. The passion and expertise of the kitchen are evident, with distinct, unpretentious flavors. Professional and attentive service will accompany you throughout the evening. A restaurant that truly raises the bar in Foggia. Definitely worth returning to.
