> A terrible experience, from every perspective.\\We had a reservation for 10:30 PM and only got seated at 11:20 PM, a full 50 minutes late. That alone isn't a good sign, but the worst came when we ordered.\\The owner asked me if I had any allergies or intolerances, and I calmly explained that I was allergic to nickel and simply asked about the pizza dough. They told me they only use semi-whole wheat flour, so I explained that, due to my allergy, I couldn't eat it. At that point, they offered gluten-free dough, which I didn't like, and when I refused, they even asked, "Sorry, can't you take the pill?"\\An inappropriate, superficial, and decidedly unprofessional question. An allergy isn't a whim, it's not a dietary preference, and above all, it's not something the staff should allow themselves to make such remarks about so casually. I would have expected understanding, helpfulness, and at least a modicum of attention, not arrogance and responses that almost made me feel inadequate for simply reporting a health issue.\\What's even more perplexing is that this is a pizzeria renowned for its attention to the needs of those with allergies and intolerances. For this very reason, I expected much more. I find it absurd that there isn't a classic dough among the options and, above all, that so little sensitivity is shown when faced with an allergy.\\The quality and reputation of a restaurant aren't measured solely by its pizza, but also by its hospitality, respect for its customers, and the professionalism of its management. And, in this case, all of this was lacking.\\After a 50-minute wait, I also found myself having to deal with an arrogant attitude and an unpleasant situation, when I simply wanted to spend a quiet evening and eat safely.\\Personally, I felt neither listened to nor respected. It was a deeply disappointing experience that didn't quite live up to the expectations created by the restaurant's reputation. It's not enough to claim to be attentive to allergies and intolerances if, when a customer reports one, they don't even have the sensitivity to respond respectfully. I wouldn't return, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting professionalism and attention to their needs.

The space is meticulously designed and tastefully decorated, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. The pizza is simply fantastic: you can taste the high quality of the ingredients. The dough is light and exceptionally digestible, and you leave the table without feeling heavy. An excellent experience from start to finish. A must-see in Foggia for anyone who loves good pizza!

The dough on mine was too stretched in the center, resulting in a soggy crust, while the others were good. The staff was a bit confused; I had to ask for a bottle of water after we'd been there for half an hour, which was fair for the quality of the ingredients.
