I just happened to walk past this restaurant and got a table on the spot.<br><br>The concept of this restaurant is unique.<br><br>It revolves around seawater, or rather, cooking with it.<br><br>The gentleman who served me explained everything very thoroughly and in a fascinating way.<br><br>It was definitely a culinary experience for me.<br><br>You should come and see for yourself.<br><br>Regarding the food:<br><br>I had ravioli for a starter and beef fillet for the main course. The ravioli were especially excellent.<br><br>Overall, a fantastic experience.<br><br>Many thanks to the team! 🙌💯
The atmosphere is very pleasant, the setting beautiful and well-kept. The staff is efficient and extremely kind. We ate very well, especially the gourmet pizzas and the fusilli with octopus and burrata. Highly recommended.

Everything was delicious, from the simple yet excellent welcome from the kitchen, to the pizza and the first courses... fusilli with octopus and burrata on top. The service was fast, professional, yet friendly.

The restaurant has just reopened after a major renovation to create a most beautiful space to dine in Trani and also in the best location.<br>The staff were all very welcoming, they forgave us for only speaking English and they could all interpret our wishes to assist with our pizza order.<br>The restaurant has a healthy food philosophy and our shared wood fired pizza was just as we like a pizza to be.

But are you sure it's open, I come to Trani regularly, last year I was there, the pizza was delicious, but I've been calling for months, no one answers, I pass by and it's always closed
