Wonderful experience.<br>All the dishes were truly well-prepared and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the homemade cured meats and the wine. Finally, a special mention for the service and the warm, family atmosphere of the Di Mercantonio family. Highly recommended.

I had lunch at this new Home Restaurant with my whole family. The excitement began with a warm welcome, a stroll through the olive trees, and then into the garden where the vegetables used to give strength, color, and flavor to Chef Mattia's dishes are grown. The journey continued in the cellar with a delicious aperitif featuring appetizers prepared by the Chef and a nice glass of sparkling wine. For our lunch, we chose the tasting menu, which was a bit lengthy. All the dishes were well-crafted and beautifully presented by the young Chef, and the service provided by Maura was good and professional. Special mention goes to the desserts, where the Chef shows off his talent. It was a wonderful experience for us and I highly recommend it. It's a good value. Congratulations to Chef Mattia, his sister Maura, and his parents, who discreetly follow and support Mattia's project. Well done!<br>Luigi

At his side is a wonderful family, where everyone contributes their enthusiasm to making the tasting experience a truly complete and excellent experience.<br><br>Making everything even more special is the pairing with wines curated and crafted by his father, Mauro, which beautifully complement the dishes and tell a story of passion and tradition.<br><br>A food and wine journey filled with flavors, research, and above all, a wealth of passion.<br><br>I truly recommend this experience to everyone: it's absolutely worth it! Dining at Domus Gusti was a true experience. Mattia's creations are a delight for the palate, and this is evident in his meticulous presentation and flawless timing. Dining at Domus Gusti was a true journey, far beyond the simple pleasure of the table. From the visit to the vegetable garden, where some of the dishes on the menu are born, to the splendid olive grove where they produce their own oil, everything tells a story of care and passion. Then there's the family wine cellar, with select labels and an excellent wine of their own production, aged in oak barrels, which masterfully completes the experience. The added value is undoubtedly the family, present and involved in every detail of this beautiful project, which exudes growth and talent. A special round of applause goes to Maura, Mattia's sister, who welcomed us and looked after us with rare professionalism. Truly well done, we can't wait to come back to discover the next menu!
