Four years in a row at the top: Giorgio and the Mincioni family are a guarantee!<br>The "Il Parco sul Mare" Hotel in Tortoreto has become a firm tradition for our family: we just returned from our fourth consecutive stay! The secret to this success lies in the management: a special thanks goes to Giorgio and the entire Mincioni family. Their hospitality, kindness, and extraordinary professionalism are the main reason we keep coming back. They make you feel part of the family from the moment you arrive. Everything else is, as always, perfect: extremely friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness, and top-quality food from breakfast to dinner. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking not only for a beautiful hotel, but also for authentic and warm hospitality. See you next year for the fifth installment!
I stayed here for one night with my boyfriend to try the spa program. It was truly relaxing and the atmosphere was very welcoming, with a sauna, steam bath, sensational shower, cold plunge pool, and whirlpool (including a relaxation area). The staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent, both at dinner and breakfast. Everyone was very professional!

Disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel: cleanliness could be improved and too many extras<br><br>We just left this property, and unfortunately, my review can't be positive. From a 4-star hotel, you expect a level of attention and impeccable cleanliness, which was lacking during this stay. Critical points of our experience: Poor cleanliness: Being very particular about hygiene, the first thing I do in my room is check the bathroom. Unfortunately, the towel warmer (where you hang your towels) had two inches of accumulated dust (I have a photo). An unacceptable oversight for this category of hotel. Excessive extra costs: Services in a 4-star hotel are paid for, but charging €1.50 for a bottle of water (finding ourselves with an extra €7.50 just for drinking five bottles) and a whopping €4.00 for a single swim cap seems truly excessive, especially if the room service is not up to par. As for the staff, I want to applaud the maids, who were extremely kind. In conclusion, if you pay 4-star rates and require constant extras, you should ensure the attention to detail that was unfortunately lacking here.

A very beautiful property, well-located just a 5-minute drive from the seafront and Tortoreto Alto.<br>Surrounded by greenery and tranquility, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.<br>The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the half-board option offered a top-notch dinner every evening.<br>The only complaint, if I had to find one, was that the beds in the room needed updating, as they weren't exactly comfortable.<br>But otherwise, a truly relaxing and harmonious stay!<br>I highly recommend it!
Excellent experience.<br>Nestled on the first hill just minutes from the sea, this excellent property is well-maintained and always tidy, with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant offers dishes with meticulous attention to presentation.

My family and I stayed at Parco sul Mare for the first 10 days of August 2026.<br>Stunning location with a fabulous view of the Tortoreto hills. I enjoyed this view from the morning, looking out from one side of the room's enormous terrace, while the other side overlooked the pool. The room, renovated in 2023, is huge, always spotless, and very comfortable (with individually adjustable air conditioning).<br>The hotel staff were very welcoming at the reception (a special "thank you"—in alphabetical order—to Daniela, Giorgio, and Valentina) and very professional at the restaurant (breakfast/dinner).<br>The pool with hydromassage was very clean (finally, a place where swimming caps are mandatory!!!)

Everything was great... The staff was always courteous and attentive... The breakfast buffet was excellent, both savoury and sweet... The only flaw was the fridge which didn't cool very well and practically forced us to always drink hot water, which is why I gave the service three stars.
