> Impossible to book. They never answer either the number listed on the website or messages. The location, food, and service are excellent, but the management is truly terrible. > This evening I ordered three pizzas, including a Margherita with fries for my daughter.\<br\>When we opened the box, we were speechless; there were 10 fries on the pizza. I understand that everything has increased these days and we need to maximize the value, but serving a pizza with 10 fries counted is disappointing for the customer. This was definitely the first and last time I'll order a pizza from them.\<br\>Thanks for the lesson!

> Good morning, I was there a few evenings ago with some friends, a beautiful place, but the waiting times were very, very long. We were the first to arrive and there was no one there. We ordered pizzas and meat. For one child, a simple white pasta dish, which should be quick, the waiting time was more than an hour. For the other child, another pasta dish, always the same, the wrong dish, and not to mention the pizzas, the waiting times were very long... a terrible experience, even the prices are very high...

The umbrellas and loungers are also in excellent condition, so there's nothing to complain about.\<br\>\<br\>Unfortunately, however, the experience was completely ruined by the staff's lack of supervision. Throughout the day, numerous young people were constantly playing with balls in the water, splashing other guests and preventing those who had paid to relax. They also shouted, swore, and often cursed, creating an atmosphere that was anything but peaceful. It was enough to observe the people present to understand how disturbing the situation was: the looks and comments of the guests spoke for themselves.\<br\>\<br\>The most disappointing thing is that both the lady at the entrance and the lifeguard were perfectly aware of the situation, yet no one ever intervened to call these young people out or enforce simple rules of coexistence.\<br\>\<br\>Just before leaving, an unpleasant incident occurred: from what I saw, an argument broke out between one of the young men and other customers, likely related to underage drinking. One of the young men even approached a man with an attitude that seemed to be trying to provoke a fight. It was truly unpleasant to witness such a scene in a place that should be dedicated to relaxation.\<br\>\<br\>My advice is to enforce clear rules: prohibit ball games in crowded areas, limit shouting, demand respectful behavior toward all customers, and intervene when anyone disturbs others. Everyone pays for their ticket and has the right to have a peaceful day.\<br\>\<br\>I paid admission, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to relax even for a moment due to the constant shouting, splashing, and the complete lack of supervision. It's a real shame, because the facility deserves so much better.\<br\>\<br\>A facility can be beautiful and clean, but if rules aren't respected and staff don't intervene when guests disturb others, the experience becomes completely negative. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend it.
