Stopped by for a business lunch and found a pleasant surprise at this restaurant, which deserves a 5-star rating. The staff is professional, and the owner is attentive and thoughtful, adding a touch of elegance to the place by placing fresh flowers on the table. The grill is romantic, with meat stored in the refrigerator. Convenient to the Magliano Sabina highway exit. The patanegra bruschetta, cacio e pepe tonnarelli, and stuffed zucchini flowers are superb. Everything is so fresh, including the puntarelle. Thanks to the owner, who pampered us from start to finish. The price is fair. Highly recommended.

Modern, practical, and elegant atmosphere. Quick service. Meat or seafood menu available. The wood-fired oven is visible from the kitchen, where they take the meat from the fridge on the side and grill it! Conveniently located off the A1 exit, along the SS3 highway.
Service was horrible, the waiter was a jerk as of the moment we entered, we are from California and not sure if they are part of the insecure group of folks that dislike Americans but thats how it felt. No options other than "Coke and Fanta", said "scan app and pick your language" walked away, after we asked a few questions about pasta and options said it was impossible to customize but at other places in Rome, at least 5 that we went to they were friendly and customized, the food was decent, he dropped our T bone on table very red and left a skillet and walked away, never gave direction or offered salt or anything at all. He attended to a table next to us twice as much, just wanted to share the feedback of how horrible they treat Americans, they suck here don't come, many Italians are jerks as it is but there are a few that are smart and respect us because we are good for business.
Hospitality and kindness, we ordered four first courses and the meat and everything was excellent. Compliments from Pasticceria Bruno in Casal di Principe.
