The staff were truly inexperienced... we had to ask for salt, oil, and vinegar ourselves, yet we ate arugula and meat. They skipped my companion because the meat on the tray was empty, and they didn't show up again. The kids seemed to have fallen from the clouds, and the service was truly poor. It's a shame about the beautiful location... the terrace was like a sauna, no fan, while inside the dining room was air-conditioned... I was honestly disappointed.
A wonderful place, both for the location and the splendid view, which alone is worth the visit. The food is also excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients, all served in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.<br>If I could make a small suggestion to the chef, I would add a pinch of salt to some dishes to further enhance the flavors. This is, however, a subjective detail that didn't detract from the experience.<br>Overall, a truly enchanting place, where we will gladly return.

The structure is very beautiful and unique, but to make a qualitative leap and to leave customers wanting to return, it would be useful to have more suitable staff.
Dinner on Saturday, October 26, 2024. A quaint location perched on a hilltop with a breathtaking panoramic view. The GPS showed us a road<br>that was almost impossible to navigate, essentially a dirt track. I recommend looking for the other road, which is much less arduous.<br>Good quality dishes and adequate service.

Ferragosto 2024 Fish Menu<br>The quality and quantity of the menu... poor, too little, and what was available was poorly prepared... not worthy of a Ferragosto lunch...

A splendid restaurant both in summer and winter, with its breathtaking views and the beautifully restored village.<br>The menu, which varies seasonally, is absolutely delicious, and the staff is friendly and professional.
I was with my family during a stay with friends on April 25th. First of all, a charming medieval village where there was a restaurant always called Borgo di Celle. It is an elegant and refined restaurant with very kind and friendly staff. Good quality dishes prepared by a starred chef. Go there, you will come back satisfied.
A magical place, in a fairytale location, with a wonderful view over the entire valley, more than excellent value for money, with a perfect setting of kind, helpful and very attentive staff, at the same time leaving the right space to make the customer feel at home, we had rosemary cut and Angus carpaccio and you could clearly feel the quality of an above average level, highly recommended and I will be back
Company dinner with colleagues, excellent treatment, impeccable service. The location of the pool is enchanting, we had the restaurant department travel from the kitchen to the pool and they were always smiling and helpful, thank you for really doing it again... 🙂🙂🙂
