Gianluca is top notch, super helpful, welcoming restaurant, excellent food.
I don't understand how a pizzeria that makes certain pizzas can be open, a disgrace. Takeaway pizzas, not eat-in, but since the person we ate at lived 1.4 km away, we can't blame it on "it was cold or not eaten immediately." I'm sorry because there were 7 of us and all 7 of us left half our pizzas. Not to mention the fries that seemed boiled!
The place is large, which is definitely a plus. We just found it a little sparse. It could use a little more attention, as the ambiance has potential. As for the food, we liked what we ate. The options are excellent and definitely affordable. As for the service, unfortunately, it was quite slow. Otherwise, the waiters were attentive. Overall, I recommend it.
Very good pizza, light dough and quality ingredients. Friendly staff and fast service. I'll definitely be back!
Quiet restaurant, family atmosphere, where you can spend a nice evening with good food
We went to this restaurant for dinner and had a decidedly negative experience.
The outdoor seating was almost entirely occupied, but there was only one person managing the dining room and one in the kitchen. This created an unacceptable wait: we waited 15-20 minutes before anyone came to our table, even to bring drinks or take our order. The unfortunate thing was that shortly after us, a table of customers who seemed to know the owner was seated, and their drinks were brought immediately, highlighting a disturbing disparity in treatment.
When it came time to order, several basic ingredients were missing (including mushrooms). I settled for a Capricciosa, asking for the mushrooms to be removed, but it arrived without the egg either. As for the unlimited pizza and appetizer plan, the dough was disappointing: very thin, not at all hydrated, without bubbles, and it was incredibly heavy to digest all night. The appetizer alone was enough for the first pizza, making the "unlimited" option completely unnecessary.
Added to this was the lack of transparency on the receipt, which only listed the total amount without specifying the individual costs of the drinks. It's not a question of amount, but of quality, fairness, and respect for the customer. We won't be returning.
Everything top!
SECOND ATTEMPT WITH MEAT:
Nice location with a summer patio.
Good service.
I had the meat menu.
The appetizers were very pleasant and delicious.
The steak cuts weren't the best, but still good.
Ample parking.
Vegetarian options: Verdure

Kid-friendliness: Sì …
A fantastic atmosphere. Delicious lasagna and ravioli. Served with local beer and wine. Finish with a delicious dessert. You can see the heart and soul put into every dish.
We dined at this restaurant twice, on June 6th and again on June 27th, hoping the first experience was a one-off. Unfortunately, the second was even worse.

Let's start with the bathrooms: on June 6th, the men's bathroom was out of order, and upon returning 21 days later, we found it in exactly the same condition. The working bathroom, however, was in terrible condition, and on both the first and second visits, there was no soap. It gives the impression that it's not even replenished.

On June 6th, we were 3 adults and 2 children. The children didn't even sit at the table because they had already eaten and remained in the play area the entire evening. We ordered three set menus plus drinks, but we were still charged a €2.50 cover charge for each child, even though we hadn't used it.

On June 27th, we returned: 4 adults and 2 children, same situation, with the children not occupying the table or consuming anything. We ordered four €15 pizza menus. When we received the bill, we were asked to pay €3 more per person because we had booked through TheFork and, according to the restaurant owner, "TheFork is expensive."

The worst part is that, that afternoon, I had written to the restaurant asking if we would have to pay a cover charge for the set menus. I was clearly told that the cover charge only applied to those who booked through TheFork and ordered à la carte, while with the set menus we would not have to pay any extra.

When we pointed out this discrepancy and complained about the lack of transparency, the restaurant owner decided to "pardon" us customers, telling us that he would "pay" the cover charge because TheFork costs him a lot. Frankly, I found this attitude unprofessional. Whether a restaurant should incur costs or commissions with TheFork is a relationship that concerns only the restaurant owner and the platform, not the customer. Prices must be clear and respected, without any surprises at the checkout.

As if that weren't enough, after payment, the restaurant owner canceled my reservation on TheFork, causing me to lose my accumulated Yums, stating that "the restaurant is closed." This behavior I consider highly unfair and I hope TheFork will investigate, especially since I have the receipt proving our presence at the restaurant. Consumers should be protected from situations like this.

One final note: in the space of a few weeks, the cover charge went from €2.50 to €3 per person.

The only positive note of the evening goes to the staff in the dining room, who were very kind, helpful, and professional.

Otherwise, a decidedly negative experience from every perspective: lack of transparency, appalling restroom conditions, and behavior from the manager that leaves no incentive to return. Shameful.
Yes.....it's worth it
We ordered two different types of meat,
one almost edible and the other inedible (it was tough and hard to chew).
The side dishes were good but sparse.
The price was too high for what we ate.
From the moment you arrive, you know you're in the right place. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. I had a vegetable pizza, which was delicious. My husband had two types of meat, which were very tender and tasty. The side dishes were also good.
