The best carbonara I've ever eaten. My girlfriend also had the best mushroom pasta of her life. The pita was also 10/10, with really good ingredients and a fresh tomato sauce. The service was very attentive and friendly. My girlfriend wanted to take her medication but didn't have anything to drink. The staff noticed immediately and brought her a glass of water. A highly recommended place!

A truly excellent experience! The food was high-quality, beautifully presented, and had authentic flavors. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was welcoming and with attention to detail. You could see the passion they put into their work. I can only give this wonderful bistro 5 stars!<br>I'm in love with the location, not to mention the chef's skill! Really, compliments! We tried some starters and were completely satisfied! I'd also like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the girls who welcomed and served us! I'll be back often.
The Bistrot is an intimate and welcoming place where you can enjoy excellent food while relaxing with friends! I've had lunch and aperitifs here several times and have never been disappointed! The staff is super friendly, and the cuisine is truly top-notch and never boring! I'm now a regular because I know it's a real guarantee in the Castelli Romani area!

I visited this restaurant with my sister last Friday. At first glance, the floral decor makes you feel almost magical. The staff is super friendly, polite, and even fun. I wanted to try the mezzepaccheri with scampi and roasted octopus, while my sister opted for a pinsa with zucchini flowers. I have to say, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the flavor. What can I say? I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
