It's a shame they only take reservations for the first sitting. If you want to eat later, you have to queue and wait for a table. It's worth it in the end, though.
Lascio la mia prima recensione su Google, colpita dalla gentilezza dello staff.<br><br>Dopo aver ritirato l'auto a no leggio all'aeroporto di Trapani, ho guidato per un'ora per arrivare qui!<br><br>Coperto 2,50 €<br>Acqua frizzante 1 L 1,50 €<br>Gamberi crudi 25 €<br>Cozze all'olio 13 €<br><br>Era domenica a pranzo, quindi il locale era molto frequentato come sempre, e ho aspettato un'ora prima di sedermi.<br><br>Il parcheggio principale era pieno, così ho parcheggiato in quello laterale, dissestato.<br><br>Uscendo, c'era una buca con dei sassi e la mia auto a noleggio si è danneggiata.<br><br>Ero nel panico, ma tutto lo staff è uscito ad aiutarmi.<br><br>Non parlando italiano, ho chiesto aiuto al proprietario, che ha presentato lui stesso la denuncia alla società di noleggio.<br><br>Quando sono dovuta tornare a restituire l'auto danneggiata,<br><br>mi hanno continuato a raccomandare di guidare piano in autostrada,<br>parlando sempre di sicurezza.<br><br>Ero esausta e mi ero seduta per terra.<br><br>Un membro dello staff è venuto a incoraggiarmi:<br>“Succede, nella vita! Va tutto bene!”<br><br>Un altro collaboratore, senza dire una parola, ha riparato personalmente la mia auto perché un componente non si abbassasse.<br><br>Grazie di cuore!<br>In quel momento ero confusa, ma ripensandoci ho ricevuto tantissime attenzioni.<br><br>Sono rimasta colpita dalla gentilezza degli italiani. Il cibo buonissimo è garantito, e tutti lo sanno, ma anche il servizio e lo spirito di accoglienza dello staff sono eccellenti!<br><br>Ho vissuto un ricordo pieno di gratitudine! Thank you, and thank you to everyone!<br><br>This is my first time leaving a Google review.<br><br>I am leaving this review because I was impressed by the handsome and kind staff at the store.<br><br>After renting a car at Trapani Airport,<br><br>I traveled for an hour to visit!<br><br>Seat charge 2.5 euros<br><br>1L sparkling water 1.5 euros<br><br>Fresh shrimp 25 euros<br><br>Mussels in olive oil 13 euros<br><br>Since it was Sunday lunchtime, it was very popular,<br><br>and I was able to get in after waiting for an hour.<br><br>The parking lot was full, so I parked in a bumpy spot next to it. On the way out, there was a pothole and rocks, and my rental car got damaged.<br><br>I was flustered, but all the staff came out to help.<br><br>I don't speak Italian, so I asked the owner for help, and he personally filed a claim with the rental car company for me.<br><br>Even when I had to return the damaged vehicle, he kept telling me to drive slowly on the highway and emphasized safety.<br><br>I was sitting on the floor feeling completely drained, but one employee came over and encouraged me, saying, "Things like this happen in life! It's okay!"<br><br>Another employee even personally repaired my rental car to prevent any parts from collapsing.<br><br>I was so flustered at the time, but looking back now, I received so much consideration.<br><br>I know everyone is aware that the food is guaranteed to be delicious, but the staff's friendly service mindset is also excellent!<br><br>I made a wonderful memory!<br><br>Thank you!

A restaurant overlooking the sea, a friendly atmosphere, and delicious food. Excellent value!!! We'll definitely be back because we didn't try the pasta, but peeking at our neighbors, it looked delicious. Well done!
Everything was fantastic, including the staff who went out of their way to help me find a small bag...we'll see you again.
I've always been there and found it very good, but the last time I didn't like the seafood salad. The octopus was soaked in vinegar and didn't taste like fish at all, just vinegar. I was also very disappointed by the lack of coffee, and it's illegal not to make coffee in a restaurant like this. The staff was very friendly, and it was simply very good.<br>It's a shame about the appetizer.

The food is not bad, but nothing exceptional.
It's extraordinary even if it's commercial. Too noisy when it's packed.
Today, it's a go-to place for fresh fish and dining in Mazara. The mussels are excellent, but that's not all.
There were four of us at Trattoria delle Cozze, and we ordered various appetizers to share. Many of them were good, so we were initially satisfied.<br><br>Unfortunately, there were two major disappointments: The cozze in zuppa were served cold. Even worse, however, were the busiate con astice – ironically, the most expensive dish of the evening.<br><br>In our opinion, the astice was completely unacceptable. The shell was so rubbery that it was practically impossible to open, even with the provided tongs. The dish was also inedible. At a restaurant specializing in fish and seafood, we expected significantly more.<br><br>We were the first guests that evening. Whether this was related to the astice not being freshly prepared, we obviously can't say. However, the quality certainly gave us that impression.<br><br>The way our complaint was handled was particularly disappointing: We raised the issue, but unfortunately, it wasn't taken seriously. Our complaint was barely addressed. Especially with such an expensive dish, we would have expected at least a response or an explanation.<br><br>It's a shame, because some of the other dishes were really good. But a cold mussel dish, an inedible and very expensive astice dish, and then the lack of customer service regarding our complaint unfortunately left a very bad impression. Sorry, not recommended!
