The best pizza I've had in a long time. The prices are a bit higher, but it's well worth the money for a nice evening out.
Quality guaranteed
Great pizza, with so many options, the dough is incredible. The front of house were excellent. Awesome atmosphere, just a really pleasurable place to eat!
Excellent pizza, impeccable service, very romantic and comfortable atmosphere
2026 No. 50 in Top50pizza.it, but so good. The pizzas were exquisite, as was the starter. The bottle of white wine they recommended to us was perfect.
Very good
*Foreigner or Asian-looking people might want to avoid this place*

I got the recommendation from a friend who's originally from Palermo, we were very excited to try out the pizza at this restaurant in our last evening in Palermo. Unfortunately, people who work there don't seem to be treating foreigner or Asian-looking people/ tourists the same way they do to locals.

From what we observed;
1. waiter didn't pour water into our glasses like he did to other customers around us;
2. cold service the whole time;
3. In the end, we couldn't finish the pizza so the waiter gave us a box, the way he put the box on the table was a bit...umm...like he didn't want any contact with us.
4. After I paid, he immediately squeezed the receipt in his hand and turned around, didn't even ask if I would like to have it.

We are satisfied with the food but the whole dinning experience was not very nice, I would not recommend this place and will not return in the future.

They also charged my 1.5 year-old daughter the cover charge, which we have not experienced in our whole trip, no matter where we are, even at fine dinning restaurants, they never charged my daughter the cover charge.

It's pity that our last dinner in Palermo has ended up like this. I have been trying digest all these afterwards and really need to get it out of my system by writing a review right after.
Dear Stephanie, we’re very sorry to read your review. Could you please tell us what happened and what made you feel this way? We take this very seriously and would like to understand the situation better. Thank you.
"Ponte Olivo" Very delicious pizza, thanks!
In the top 50 pizzerias of Italy, for good reason. Pizzas are amazing. The creative toppings and variations made it very hard to choose!

Had some Roman suppli to start, also very good. Finished it off with Gelo di melone. Dont see that everywhere in Palermo. Fills up quickly with plenty of locals, so booking is necessary! Highly enjoyed it and recommend it.
Pizza excellent.
Really good pizza, but too expensive, a pizza and a coke 31 euros
Dearest!
Carissimo o Costoso ?
Cordialmente
Archestrato di Gela
Given the reviews and accolades, including one for service a few years ago, overall expectations were high. Indeed, the quality of the pizza (the dough and the choice of toppings) is unquestionable; however, the handling of a simple error in the kitchen significantly impacted the experience.
I ordered a pizza from the "off-menu" section, called Brie e pere (buffalo brie with a blowtorch, prosciutto, caramelized pears, and pear jam). I noticed the complete absence of both pears and jam, and—after eating an entire slice to confirm the mistake—I alerted the waitress. She then asked me to "lift the prosciutto" to inspect the pizza: there was no trace of a pear underneath. The waitress then left for the kitchen without a word, then returned to the table, still silent, and took away my plate without providing any explanation as to what was happening.
I thought they'd remake it, given the obvious mistake on a €20 pizza (a high price, especially in Palermo, which suggests a certain level of attention to detail in the service). Instead, the waitress returned shortly thereafter with the same pizza (minus a slice) with pears simply added on top, exclaiming, "Now I'm sure the pears are there."
A pizza with buffalo brie passed through a blowtorch is obviously meant to be enjoyed hot, but it was served to me cold: a completely different experience, far inferior to what it should be. Throughout the entire evening, I never received even a single apology, nor a gesture of courtesy to make up for it: in fact, the waitress's behavior made me, as a customer, feel like a nuisance for requesting that the expensive pizza include the ingredients listed on their own menu. A real shame: the product is worth it; that brie and pear would have been a real treat together (on a hot pizza); but customer service in a place of this caliber requires a whole different level of care. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to expectations and the recognitions received in the past.
Amazing place with a wonderful atmosphere…sublime food and excellent service
