We sat down at 8:30 PM, and at 9:50 PM they didn't even bring drinks!
Every time we asked a question, they apologized! Terrible service!
I'll never come again!

As an American (of Italian descent) traveling around Sicily I have honestly not had a bad meal, but I have had some outstanding ones and Tondo makes that list. Incredibly fresh salad and an amazing pizza (my wife and I shared the Napoli and everything about it was delicious {perfect dough, perfect sauce, excellent cheese and the sardines-wow!}). The wine list is excellent as well. We ordered a bottle of Frappato (if you too are an American, step out of your comfort zone and try the incredible grapes of Sicily) and it was reasonable and paired perfectly with the amazing pizza.

The pizza is nothing special...hard dough and standard ingredients.

The price-performance ratio was so-so; the wait was very long before the pasta arrived, and there were very few seashells.

The pizzas were quite good, perhaps a bit too thin for my taste, but acceptable. Frankly, what I didn't like was the excessive confusion, perhaps because it was a Saturday night, but above all the poor organization in managing the reservations! When I arrived with my guests, fortunately well in advance, there was no sign of my reservation, which had been properly booked through Google! Luckily, the owner searched meticulously and found it; evidently, it hadn't been recorded on the evening's paper memo. The highlight, however, was at the end of the dinner: we were still finishing our amaro (a bitter liqueur) when suddenly, without our asking, a waiter showed up with the bill, followed a few moments later by another of her colleagues, promptly equipped with a POS terminal to pay. We basically felt like we were being thrown out! I politely, but with obvious surprise, pointed out that we hadn't finished, and he acknowledged this with apologies, I must say, much less asked for the bill, so we were "granted" another ten minutes to finish our dinner. So we paid and that was it. It would be worth seeing on a day other than Saturday to have further proof, for goodness' sake, but I must honestly say I really don't think I'll return to this place.

We came upon recommendations from our hotel. What a disappointment.
We waited 10 minutes just for the waiter to take our selection and waited more than 45 minutes just to get the food ( gnocchi and salad)
I usually tend not to write a bad review, but this case is unique.

Really good pizza; I absolutely recommend the burrata, prosciutto, and pistachio pesto for those who want a fresh yet satisfying flavor.
I highly recommend it, especially for anyone vacationing with friends, for the variety of the menu and the appetizers.
The service was good; the owners and waiters were very attentive to their customers.
I'll definitely try it again on a second vacation to Palermo 👍😋.

Delicious food, bad service. I had a calzone and pizza with my wife, her pozza was called Verdure di Montagna, which means mountain vegetables and included sausages: she was served a Piazza with some green stuff and very little sausage. I complained about the lack of vegetables and one waiter told me that the menu was clear about the presence of one vegetable only but, when we checked, it just mentioned VEGETABLES. A second waiter said that a pizza with too many vegetables is not good. I replied that we want more vegetables regardless of what he thinks as menu mentions vegetables and he said ok but never came back. Nobody asked if we enjoyed the food or not, not even the owner when paying the check.

The appetizers, pizza, and pasta were good. The service was incredibly slow, even though at the beginning there were only two groups of two people each in the entire restaurant, and later it was just the two of us.

It took a long time for the appetizers to arrive, and then even longer for the two main courses.

When we finally went to pay, the waiter first discussed the bill with his presumed boss, who then finally issued it after another 15 minutes (after he had finished his phone call).

The atmosphere was rather strange overall. The waiter kept pacing back and forth without any apparent purpose, and the boss was on the phone the entire time at the next table. There was no music playing (which I actually appreciated, as it's often much too loud), but this also meant we could hear a lot of the phone call, and otherwise it was almost uncomfortably quiet.

€54 for two appetizers, two main courses, and a bottle of water. The food was still good, though. The additional English menu in the restaurant was a plus.

As for the food, the quality and taste are okay, although you can find cheaper and better-tasting pizza or pasta. The service leaves much to be desired. Zero customer service, and there was no olive oil or table setting on our table. Only after we pointed it out did we receive a table setting, but the rest we could only dream of. We came here on a recommendation, but we know we won't be returning.
