> I don't usually leave negative reviews, because I think a bad night can always happen. In this case, however, we can't help but share what happened.\<br\>I remembered El Bocadito as a good restaurant, which is why we decided to drive a bit to eat at this Mexican restaurant.\<br\>We arrived at 9:10 PM. Among the tables outside, we saw two waiters, as well as the owner, who was split between the tables and the cash register. The waiters were super kind and polite, but clearly struggling with a particularly stressful evening.\<br\>We waited about 10 minutes and, at our request, our table was finally set. Forty minutes passed and, again at our request, we finally managed to order.\<br\>At that point, we politely told the waitress that the wait seemed excessive. She correctly invited us to report it to the owner.\<br\>Then the owner arrived, creating a situation that, fortunately, I had never experienced in a restaurant.\<br\>I simply point out that, in my opinion, 40 minutes to take an order is truly excessive (it was now 9:50 PM). The lady, addressing us in a tone I would describe as anything but professional, replies that it's normal to wait, that the customer isn't "always" right, and that if I didn't feel like waiting, I could always leave.\<br\>At that point, to avoid unnecessary arguments and considering my hunger, I prefer not to say anything else, hoping to settle the argument and finally be able to eat.\<br\>Except that, walking away from the table and raising her voice, the owner states: "I don't accept my workers being treated badly."\<br\>At that point, I have no choice but to disagree. I categorically deny having treated the girl badly and decide to leave.\<br\>I'm a worker too, and I would never allow myself to treat anyone badly, especially someone who is simply doing their job.\<br\>Dear Madam, I believe it's unfair that I've been accused of behavior I personally never engaged in. I would suggest, instead, that you consider the fact that your employees, between the two of them (at least outside), were managing a truly large number of covers and an evidently very stressful situation. Our deepest sympathy goes out to them.\<br\>We certainly aren't the ones to judge how you manage the restaurant, but it's equally certain that we won't be returning.

> I don't know what to say... I've been going there for years, at least 12, and it's always delicious. They do their best even when it's crowded. The atmosphere is always welcoming and colorful, and you feel right at home! I love it, I recommend it. It's one of the very few places that has remained the same over time in terms of quality and without exaggerating the prices! I just recommend ordering the delicious cheesecake before sitting down, because it sells out quickly 😉🌼\<br\>PS. Sorry, I don't have any recent photos. Once the food arrives, you have to eat it, so I don't even bother taking photos 😂. From a loyal customer!

> - We ate with small children\<br\>\<br\>- Only one somewhat unstable high chair was available\<br\>\<br\>- Children couldn't eat with us, as is usually the case, because almost everything had hot sauce.\<br\>\<br\>- Good grilled vegetables\<br\>\<br\>- Good burrito with chicken asado\<br\>\<br\>- Only 5 prawns for €22, too expensive\<br\>\<br\>- Service wasn't very attentive or vigilant, but friendly\<br\>\<br\>- Cool, authentic Mexican atmosphere

> Nice, cozy place, good food, and fast service. A good spot for spicy food lovers and non-spicy eaters alike.

> Leaving a restaurant disappointed is acceptable, but leaving with severe heartburn is much less so.\<br\>\<br\>I had dinner with a group of friends. The biggest problem of the dinner was the marinated chicken dish that two of us ordered. In theory, it should have been the highlight of the dinner for the two of us, but in practice, it was simply inedible. The acidity was excessive and completely unbalanced; it tasted only of lemon, which, combined with the additional acidity from the sauce, completely covered the flavor of the chicken and left an unpleasant aftertaste not only in the throat but also in the stomach. After two bites, we both had to leave it there.\<br\>\<br\>The waiter's attitude made matters worse. We calmly pointed out that the dish was too acidic and uneatable. His response was, "That's normal, it's marinated." Ignoring our attempt to open a conversation, the waiter continued to repeat the same phrase over and over.\<br\>\<br\>Calling yourself out like that is not a good service. If a customer says a dish isn't good, the least you can do is listen, offer to replace it, or discuss it with the kitchen. To dismiss everything with a "it's normal" shows disrespect for the person paying.\<br\>\<br\>Furthermore, I feel the prices aren't truly commensurate with the overall quality of the food.\<br\>\<br\>It's a shame because the atmosphere was nice, but given this situation, I certainly won't be returning.
