Excellently cooked, tasty food with very nice plating. Good price/quality ratio. Very good service, details and recommendations about the dishes served.

The food definitely needs to be reviewed. The octopus salad was anything but fresh and was cooked very poorly. The fried food was decent but in very small quantities compared to the price. Overall, the quality/price ratio was not adequate. I spent 50 euros for an octopus salad as a starter and 25 for a fried food, plus a glass of water and that was it. We're exaggerating. I absolutely don't recommend it.

We went for dinner one evening.
Nothing exceptional, but we ate well.
The wine was good.
The prices were touristy, but not excessive; for a restaurant, they were certainly above average.
Decent service and a reasonable wait.

Research and quality are essential characteristics of this restaurant. The prices, slightly higher than average, are fully justified by the care taken in selecting the ingredients and preparing the dishes.

The raw fish is excellent, incredibly fresh, and of the highest quality. Also worth trying are the truffle ravioli, truly refined and beautifully executed.

I recommend this place to anyone seeking quality, research, and meticulously prepared seafood.

The food was very good, and the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. The only downside was the prices of some dishes, especially the appetizers, which were seriously overpriced for the location.

One of the best fish restaurants in the area! Raw or cooked fish, original or traditional flavors, very fresh and beautifully presented. Lovely decor too. We highly recommend it; this restaurant is worth the trip!

Hellish heat, air conditioning that doesn't work, warm water and beer, good but lousy barbecue...heavy bill! Unwelcoming owners.

We chose this restaurant for two reasons: the wood-fired grill (it's called charcoal because that's their specialty) and the variety on the menu. We dined there on Friday, July 10th, and the grill wasn't working, so they suggested grilling. Furthermore, the menu was only varied on paper because it lacked snapper, amberjack, mackerel, and tuna. In the end, we ate what was available, so much for the variety! If you put something on the menu, make sure it's included. Absolutely not recommended! It's also not cheap at all!

A truly remarkable experience at Carbonella. The raw fish deserves special mention: incredibly fresh, elegantly presented, and of excellent quality, beyond compare.

The calamari was also excellent, prepared with great balance and enhanced by its simplicity. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and warm, without ever being intrusive.

Carbonalla represents exactly what you want to find in Sicily: extraordinary ingredients, authentic hospitality, and cuisine that leaves a lasting impression.
